Excellent experience in the purchase of greenhouse from Steeltech:
Greenhouse ordered from Steeltech offices at Ballyseedy Garden Centre, Tralee on 23/2/'26,installed on 8/4/2026.
Sales team were very informative, answering all possible questions and very easy to deal with.
Communication from office was timely and comprehensive during the entire period from purchase to installation.
Installation was absolutely excellent, all done within 45 minutes, at most.
Greenhouse unit is perfect.

Excellent experience start to finish
Excellent experience start to finish. Called to the Dock Road and looked at the sheds and made a decision after talking with the salesman, who designed the shed (Door location and sliding direction, location of skylight/windows is customisable). Paid a deposit and the shed was added to their build queue. They recommended a guy to pour the foundations, so this was ready before the shed was manufactured. Assembly on site was extremely quick because all walls and the roof are fabricated already. Once shed was built the concrete guy returned and poured a floor in the shed on a damp proof membrane. There are cheaper options but in the research I did beforehand, I didn't find any better options.

From ordering to delivery and erecting the shed it was all trouble free. The time between ordering and delivery was a bit long but worth it in the end. The team arrived with shed and did a super job erecting it. No mess...just a fantastic well finished shed

Top quality shed and great staff
Everybody we dealt with were very helpful and efficient and we are very pleased with the shed that was installed for us last month. We had purchased a greenhouse from Steeltech Sheds over 10 years ago and it is still perfect. If we ever need another shed we would always go back to Steeltech and we would recommend them to anyone needing a shed.

Great quality job. Mary in Cork was so good to deal with. And the fitters on the day were very efficient. There's a bit of a wait but it's very well worth it. Seems like a very well run organisation.

Recent shed installation
Everything about the purchase, communication with the supplier & construction was pretty seamless.
The guidelines for the sheds base construction puzzled our builder but we worked around that with little problem, also the delivery time from purchase to being built was rather long, but I understand Steeltech are ramping up production to reduce this.

Lovely neat looking shed
I am delighted with my insulated shed which has two proper windows and a composite half glazed door.
It looks good and feels warm inside.
The delivery arrived on the day I had been given, and the installers worked well without any fuss.

Best shed in the country
Steeltech sheds supply the best shed on the Island. I don't think that can be argued. Besides this though, the customer service is just top tier. It's not just customer service. The whole process is just a really nice experience. Everybody at this company is just so pleasant and knowledgeable. I dealt with the Ballina branch. Nothing was a problem. The guy at Ballina is full of genuine chat. So much so I was sorry to get off the phone with him. Accounts contacted me a couple of times and they are the same. Even got me a sooner delivery date. The day of the delivery the crew arrived, did their stuff, and left a shed I know will last decades. To top the whole experience off; the owner contacted me to check was everything OK with the shed three weeks later. Now that's some service.

Due to a misunderstanding the wrong shed was delivered but the assembly crew took it away with no fuss. Spoke to Sean in Galway who was very courteous & promised a replacement within a month. Our shed is now in place & we are delighted with it. It is very strong & cosy too! Exceeded all our expectations.
