Fantastic service, the shed is rock solid and looks great, the delivery team were very efficient, we are very happy customers.

What a professional outfit. George and Kenny in the office are very nice to deal with. Paul and his team arrived, as they said they would, bang on 8am and, before midday, they had: knocked down my old shed, had it removed from the site, dug up the old base and laid a brand new one.
The new shed arrived last week and, yesterday, Paul returned to put in the top layer on the floor. Very pleasant to deal with, they were happy to go above and beyond the simple job of putting in the new shed and I honestly cannot believe how efficient they were. I would have no hesitation in recommending Steeltech Sheds. Thank you!

I will never forget the disgusting rude man I encountered working here and I ran out of the place. I arrived with my wife and daughter very excited as it had been recommended to me. The man who works here is the rudest person I have ever encountered cutting me off mid sentence and not even listening to what I was looking for. Too bad you just lost 4K that I spent on Sheds Direct instead . I will never return . ( Dublin Showroom)

I bought a 3m x 3m Steeltech Shed with the non drip Internal coating and built in shelving and it is a great job, Andy Pearmain was the salesman who helped me from start to finish. The delivery lads set it up in minutes.

Very helpful and professional from the beginning

Dealing with straight talking sales man. Went through evertything fron design, colour, price and installation date. Assembled on exact date by very professional fitting team. I would highly recommend Steeltech shed.

3rd time ordering a Steeltech shed and I've been very happy every time. (I moved house and left one behind and this most recent order was due to a happy expansion in permitted shed space!). Top quality product and superb people to deal with at every level of the company.

Ordered the shed in February 2024 and informed the owner that we needed the install date as we had to remove the existing one and was told this was not an issue the date for this was to-be the end of March.Contacted them prior to install date to confirm date so new base could be done and ready and at that time they told me that they had to have photos of the base and had to be done several weeks prior to install this was never stated when ordered. We then got the contractor they recommended to do the work thinking that it would be done right this was not the case and we had to pay to this removed and replace correctly. Shed then arrived in June 2024 with the wrong opening size the door was 6 feet as ordered the opening was 4 foot. Then we had to wait for a new door to be made for the opening. This was left with the supplier to work out composition and we agreed to this. They then phoned for payment September 2024 at this point we ask for the breakdown in the bill. No contact from them until December 2025 stating we own the money and threatened with court action. As they have never sent out the bill or breakdown of the outstanding balance. I would make sure you get everything in writing before you pay as they move the goalposts and then blame you.At no point did we say we were not paying, we were waiting for them to send an invoice which they had not done. A reasonable request given the poor service and lack of clarity.

I was very happy with the service, the lads who put the shed up were very professional, and Paul in the Letterkenny office must get a mention he was very helpful.
