I recently sold my mother’s house, where she had lived for over 60 years. Three estate agents all suggested a similar asking price for the house, and I decided to sell through Stephanie Macnab. Available data indicated that Stephanie had sold more houses than other local agents in 2022 and this was confirmed in my eyes by the number of her ‘sold’ boards in the road. However, what really convinced me to go with Stephanie was her personality. She was a bundle of energy and efficiency and clearly passionate about her job. She came across as sincere and knowledgeable and I felt sure that she would get me the best deal.
Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Three days after putting the house on the market, 14 potential buyers viewed the house and I received offers from 7 of the 14. The offer I accepted was 11% above the asking price. Debbie was my point of contact and she kept me up to date throughout with feedback and offers from prospective buyers. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

Stephanie was well prepared and knowledgeable at our valuation. Very professional photographs were taken on a date convenient to us and the house was on the market two days later with an open house planned for that weekend. All the staff I have dealt with have been friendly, professional and efficient. Offer accepted and solicitors have been instructed just 8 days after photographs were taken!

I have had some bad experiences with estate agents in the past but I can highly recommend Stephanie Macnab estate agents in Formby . They are professional , helpful and get the job done. They sold my house within a few days of being on the market , videos and photos also very professionally done.
I would like to say Debbie was fantastic , she phoned weekly with updates and she was very professional and her customer service was outstanding.
This estate agents do things differently to their competitors and it works well .

Most Estate Agents, look after their vendors (quite rightly so) and often don’t take the needs of the buyer into consideration.
This has not been my experience with the team at the Formby office at Stephanie MacNab. From my first contact with office, I have been impressed with the professionalism and courtesy shown by the staff. On viewing day the team member was well informed and preempted questions and answers with detail and knowledge. After my offer was accepted, I was contacted by a member of the sales team, and have been kept updated on progress.
As a purchaser my experience has been extremely positive.
