Cheryl was professional, and always kept us informed, making sure everything progressed as smoothly as possible. No question was too much trouble, and she gave us complete confidence throughout the process.

I won't be using again. Initially, it took a month for local searches to be applied for after we paid, creating delays, then a long time to get to the point of exchange. On the day of completion all did not go smoothly either. Communication appears to be solely through email, (its incredibly difficult to speak to anyone apart from the reception desk) - and then responses are not timely. Mistakes were made in statements of accounts. We have asked for call backs on a number of times, which haven't happened. Kelly was our main contact, with the case being passed to Rob on the completion day. We got there is the end, but not without some stress.

Our solicitors were incredibly patient (with many of my questions), professional in all of our interactions, and efficient and persistent where needed to get things over the line. We are really grateful.

Caroline Facey was the most helpful and understanding person to work with throughout the whole process of buying our first home. She helped us understand a lot of the process, was always quick to respond, and every bit of paperwork was completely thoroughly and efficiently. We felt very supported by Caroline, especially when the other party were trying to strongly weigh in, she was reassuring and continued to support us and our interests.

Caroline’s manner was so lovely and kind, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to others.

Cheryl Head, Tracy Blanchard and Kathryn Jones dealt with our case. All 3 gave excellent polite customer service both over the phone and via email. One of them was always available to speak to, and were able to provide clear accurate updates throughout. Very clear communication throughout the entire process. All paperwork was sent out, and requests made, in a timely manner. The whole service felt very efficient and the team definitely seemed very ‘on it’.

Avoid at all cost, 6 months plus into selling and they still can’t get things sorted. We were ready to exchange before Xmas, for them to realise that contacts were not signed. 3 weeks later, still trying to exchange and complete but they have as much motivation or lack there of, to get this sale completed!

Useless, incompetent and do not use, even if there in your chain!

Dealt with Aimee & Shauna for our sale & purchase. Few little hiccups with unnecessary queries and an error on our final bill but nothing really to compare the process with, so think it was fine overall.
