Consistently perfect
I have used Sterling FX a number of times to buy Euros cash. Never have I had any problem. They consistently rate in the top 3 exchange rates offered, paying by debit card is simple and the cash arrives at my front door in less than 24 hours. I don't know what they could do better.

It just worked!
I ordered the money online and collected from branch a couple of days later. It just worked. Money ready for my trip a couple days time. Most others could not delivery until a day later.

Honest, transparent and efficient company
I recently sold back travel money to this company. The process from the start to the end was seamless and smooth, and no hidden fees and charge zero commission. Furthermore, the exchange rates they offer are unbeatable by any other currency company by far! They process your order on the same day they receive it from Royal Mail and I received timely emails from them informing me every step of the way. They also respond quickly to any email or phone contact or queries

Supposed guaranteed delivery costing £6 disaster. Sat in my front room all morning (yes really didnt leave until i had the message that attempted delivery had been made but noone was in!)and saw the postman walk both ways up the street but no attempted delivery was made as suggested ❌️
I did get a response from my email within the day which stated they had arranged Royal Mail to redeliver the following day (even though I had said in my email I couldn't be in)
Decided to downloaded RoyalMail app in the end after phoning Royal Mail and getting nowhere.Redirected to my local post office through the app. Luckily for me I managed to get out of work early the following day and got there just before closing time. Phew. All a bit stressful which was what I was hoping to avoid by ordering at home, taking a morning off work, instead of using Delhi airport exchange when arriving off a long flight in the early hours of the morning. ❌️
I did receive notes in small denominations as requested online. (INR 500) ✔️
I am sure the response here will just blame Royal Mail. Either way the 'guaranteed' process didn't work. I wasted a day of annual leave and had to leave work early to get to the post office before closing the following day. Gratefully I did receive my cash. Again, phew, but will arrange overseas next time I think.
