Great watch, amazing fit and finish

I ordered this bespoke watch from sterling in September. It arrived in January and I am delighted. It is clearly high quality, simple and classy in its design. It was packaged extremely well and arrived pristine. The price of the watch for a bespoke model, was excellent as well. Would recommend.

It is so wonderful to buy from a company that truly provides excellent customer service. We ordered the wrong watch which was replaced with no hassle or delay.

Just what I wanted: A solid tactical GMT dive watch with no frills. I know I will beat the hell out of this watch, but I will not cringe every time I scratch it or get it dirty like you do with the more expensive watches out there. Your website is straight-forward with no BS and living in the states, I was very pleased to receive my Jarvis within 5 days. Lastly, as a US Army combat veteran, I love that you support our brothers and sisters who struggle with the aftermath of war. Cheers!

I have the Durant stainless, it’s just awesome. It’s my daily watch at work and it’s very durable. Customer service was awesome (user error) when I contacted them and quick to reply even though we’re on two different continents. I might sell off my other $1,200 watch and buy another Stirling that’s how much I like the company and their products. The only complaint I have and it’s minor is that I wish the dial glowed a little brighter at night. You guys keep up what your doing and don’t change. You have a loyal customer!

I have ordered two over the last year and I love them.

Bought a Brunt 3 years ago, firstly the one I got seemed to have a defective crown which came out, I wrote them about it and got a replacement in under two weeks, they are very attentive with their customers.
The watch is strong, I have used it in service at an alpine infantry unit and had no issues with all the beating it received, only the paint has received some scratches and the nylon strap stays strong. The saphire has no scratches and I can assure it has received quite a few hits that other watches wouldn’t withstand.
If I have to say something is that the accessories seem too expensive, i would necer pay over 100€ for a steel bracelet even if it lasts me forever, it is a third
/fourth the price of the watch and doesn’t seem reasinable to me.
