StockX does not respect their customers hard earned money or time

I was sold a pair of fake air Jordans and StockX was very, very slow about getting my situation fixedand the verification process is a load of crap because the shoes that they sent me you can look at them and tell that they are not authentic

I paid, I got an error and no order number or mail. I want my money back.

I ordered shoes from their website. I paid with Bancontact, and after paying I got an error that said something was wrong with the merchant name. I was charged and didn’t get a mail or order number. I just paid €213,13 for nothing. I want my money back.

did a purchase a guest and paid but did not receive any mail about my purchase and contact stockx is a problem because i get the same answer from a robot try to find a phone number from stockx but can't find any

This company specializes in taking your…

This company specializes in taking your money, nice and easy but when they screw up, it’s extremely hard to get your money back! I ordered some Jordans that had lights in the tongues. When they arrived at my house, one of the lights was on and nearly dead. There’s no way to change the batteries in the sneakers so I opted to return them. When I tried to return them, they asked for a ton of pictures and then questioned the quality of my pictures. If I didn’t have somebody around me with a newer iPhone, I don’t think I would’ve been able to return them. The box was mangled and torn all up as well. I asked them if I can return them and they supply me with a shipping label and I let them know I didn’t have a printer. They assured me that UPS would print it out for me and everything would be free. Well surprise! It cost money! Why should the customer eat those charges? Majority of Americans do not own printers! Luckily, before I sent it back, I took several videos documenting how bad the shoes were, But I still have a feeling they’re gonna try to find a way to screw me! Stay away from this company and look for other options. This place was the first one around like it’s kind, but it definitely isn’t the best anymore!

STOCKXcellence

I have been dealing with the incredible StockX actually . I have a new name for them StockXcellent . I pumped in 2 sneaker orders .. one is on its way.. the other is waiting for the seller to get his act together . This is out of the companies control. But , they said no problem.. we will just search for another seller or refund you .. so easy .. with eBay you have to wait a month .. the staff are professional , as I live in Australia. I was a bit concerned about the distance if any issues arise .. but they make it so simple. I have faith in them. The order cost me $1000.00 AUD but they had the best price around . PLUS they ship by DHL ! The kings of the shipping industry .. not like UPS which are a pack of shaved chimps lol . So my score is 95 / 100 let down only by a rogue seller .

Horrible customer service & follow-up

I posted earlier. Never received the sneakers I ordered. They asked me to contact FedEx which I did and I never heard back. They asked me to file a dispute with Stock X which I did. Have never heard back.

Rubbish service
