Great products and customer service
I’ve been a fan of Stoneglow for many years after buying a reed diffuser in a small gift shop in Norfolk. I’ve since ordered many times from the website. The products always smell really lovely and there are regularly great offers and customer rewards. My last order was slightly delayed due to one item being out of stock. I was quickly notified via email by Adelina from the customer service team and given an eta for delivery, which was only a day or two later than originally expected. When my order arrived I found I had been given a little treat with my order as a gesture of goodwill for the delay, which was a really lovely surprise. And as always, I am delighted with the items I ordered.

I had a problem with my order
I had a problem with my order, one of the candles had unfortunately smashed. This was sorted out immediately by Adelina in customer service who sent me a replacement straight away.
I love Stoneglow candles, they have a wide selection to suit all tastes. The reed diffusers are good too and last for ages.

Brilliant efficient service
Contacted Adelina enquiring about a particular Reed Diffuser refill. She was most helpful in locating this for me although it was a discontinued producted. Her communication and efficiency I could not fault. Am really pleased with my product.

Diffuser refills with no smell
I’m a very dissapointed customer.
I bought 4 refill diffuser oils . 1 for myself and 3 for Xmas gifts. I can only smell the fragrance if I place the reeds under my nose . Company wasn’t very concerned at all about it . I was just told send it back at my expense unopened .

Sadly, not good.
I purchased a Stone glow reed diffuser after smelling one at a friend's home which was beautiful. Sadly, when mine arrived it did not have the same power. All the reeds were used but after 6 days still hardly any aroma. I did contact their office but they said there was basically nothing wrong with the batch. This was definitely watered down. Never again.

My parcel has not arrived , I have spoke to customer service and heard nothing back, apparently the evri delivery they use have received it but hasn’t delivered , that’s been since 11 days ago
