Easy to order and the smell is great and long lasting

First time I've bought stoneglow on line, normal buy from the garden centre. I got a better deal from the company and a free candle 😁 Amazing just like the smell and really well packaged.

My first time using Stoneglow and unfortunately it was not a good experience. My order was never delivered by Evri resulting in much frustration trying to reach them (impossible) and then having to convince Stoneglow that there was a problem. It turned out there had been an error with my address which had not been picked up by Stoneglow as their orders go straight to Evri. After many calls, where they were initially not very understanding, SG finally re-sent my order via a different carrier. I have not used the diffuser refills yet, so cannot comment on them, but this delivery fracas has not left me with a warm feeling and I would hesitate to use them again.
Seeing SG's response that this was actually my fault has furthered my opinion that their customer service could be improved. The fault lies in their system which did not pick up my address correctly for delivery but miraculously did for the billing address. When I suggested that they might like to check this with IT I was met with a "no can do" attitude.
Yes, they eventually resolved the issue but with a lack of grace and by leaving me with the impression that the error was my fault.
Blaming the customer is not a good approach.
In no way has their customer service encouraged me to remain a customer.

No smell whatsoever from reed diffuser. Very dissapointed. First purchase from Stoneglow and sadly my last.

Absolutely love Stoneglow candles, diffusers & melts. On the odd occasion I purchase a different brand but always come back to Stoneglow. They have the best range of scents which last so long. And often get a little free gift from them and who doesn’t love a free gift. They always package your order well & helped me out very quickly when I missed things from my order so they helped add them on so I didn’t need to pay for delivery again. 5 star service from theee best candle/diffuser brand! They also do great gifts for all occasions!

The mint and bergamot fragrance is just lovely. Would definitely recommend

My order never arrived - I rec'd an email from DHL to say it would arrive on the 15th October, it never arrived and then I had another email to say it would arrive 18th October, it never arrived. I then emailed Stoneglow to advise the parcel hasn't arrived and to cancel the order as it was for a present and still no response from them! I won't be using them again! Poor customer service and unreliable courier.

Lovely Company. I purchased the Keepsake, Ceramic,Make a Wish, Thyme, Sea Salt and Sweet Balsam diffuser and Candle. The perfume is delightful, fresh and uplifting. The ceramic containers are a smart accessory for any room setting. Great all round especially when purchased in the sale! Thank you Stoneglow. Only negative was Evri, their service was not good! Changed the day three time and the arrival time was changed on three occasions on the final day. They are letting you down Stoneglow when you offer so much!

I bought my first reed diffuser on holiday in Yorkshire and I put it in my bathroom it smells amazing so I bought another one when I got home , now I’ve just received the Christmas tree one which I’m going to open when I put my decorations up . Love these diffusers.

I purchased several candles and diffusers from this company. While the diffusers were fine, the candles were a major safety concern. The flames from the candles would get unusually high, causing the candle pot to turn completely black. At one point, the flames were so intense that they left a black mark on my wall.

As someone who regularly buys candles and is a bit obsessed with them, I was very disappointed. These were among the most expensive candles I’ve purchased, but unfortunately, they turned out to be the worst in terms of quality. I haven’t bought anything from this company since and won’t in the future.

My friend was delighted with her gift as she loves Stoneglow, but the EVRI courier did not deliver on time, they did not advise the delivery was late, nor did they respond to an escalation query so a very poor delivery service.

I absolutely love Stoneglow diffusers and melts - they smell amazing and last for ages!! I would highly recommend them.

Received my order today. I'm extremely delighted with the products. They are all for Christmas presents but I know the recipients will be delighted too. Wonderful fragrances. Thank you for my little free gift too.

Don’t know about the quality of the product because I still haven’t received the diffusers. My recommendation would be to not use Evri - they really are the worst delivery service in my experience. A week since order and still not out for delivery. Don’t know why in this day and age when other companies are able to turn round in 2-3 days. I’m glad they’re not an urgent gift for someone.

These products are just amazing quality and arrive well packaged.

Someone bought me a Stoneglow candle last Christmas and I just loved the smell so I ordered two reed diffuser refills in the same smell. They arrived with free reeds. Me being me I couldn't wait to experience that lovely smell again and I plunged the reeds into the refill bottle which promptly overflowed, taking the polish off my solid oak coffee table. I accept this was a refill bottle and not the original bottle but who knew the liquid had the potential to strip polish in seconds and ruin expensive furniture? Maybe a warning would be helpful. This would not put me off ordering again though, I adore the smell, delivery was fast and efficient, packaged beautifully and with a little free gift of a candle which was a nice touch. I had specifically added a note asking for the package to be put in my porch but sadly it was delivered in the rain and left outside. Thankfully my neighbour saw the item being delivered and saved the day. Thank you, I will definitely be ordering more and hope this is seen as a constructive review as intended.
