All staff at Storage King Mitchell were exceptionally pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. They were thorough in their briefings about the operation, and provided welcome guidance in solving some storage issues. As a business they were fair in their dealings.

Fantastic staff, Michael and Christina, there to help, there to advise and to what it takes to make things happen. Both went the extra to make things easy for signing up for the most appropriate storage as well as advice and hints about using their storage boxes and other materials. Could not be more pleased with their customer service. Highly recommended

Efficient and easy process moving to direct debu

I am happy so far with the service I received.

The storage unit is a good size and is easy to get to however access to the storage unit is a little inconvenient. We had an issue where the person who provided the quote, and organised the unit in the office, failed to let us know we could only access it during business hours. We found this out after we had moved everything in, and when we tried to change to a unit we could access 24/7 we were told we would have to pay extra.

Can’t recommend this place enough. Michael has gone above and beyond all expectations. Couldn’t be happier

What an unexpectedly helpful and pleasant experience! I couldn't be happier with Michael's (and other staff member's) response to my enquiries and to his above-and-beyond service delivery and product offer - such a relief to find it all made so easy and with a ready smile, too. I could only wish other customer/sales reps understood about engaging with the public as fully as he obviously does. Full marks.

The manager and his staff member were extremely helpful, supportive and informative. They showed great consideration for our needs and went above and beyond what we expected from them. I find it is generally an easy service to use, and this is the second time I have used this storage here. I can come and access my storage unit whenever I need to. the gentleman who showed me through the process of the pin on entering the premises was good. the premises its kept very clean. I was able to buy any storage and packing items I needed which was handy, and the use of the truck will come in handy , so all round a very good service and I would recommend and use again.
