I wish the service was better
I wish I read reviews before my order but it appears most complaints are around the time I ordered as well. Placed order on Now 20th with a ship date of Dec 1st. That came and went. I finally reached out and you can only contact them via email. The apologies and backlogged. Rest assure the item will ship soon and I would receive a tracking number. That didn't happen until Dec 20th. Yet, another email sent to confirm Christmas delivery. Again, assured if tracking but no movement their "shipping partners" are working very hard. Upstanding it's Christmas yet frustrated because all she wanted for Christmas was Billie. The ship date continued to move back each day. When I went to cancel the order they told me they couldn't because it's being shipped, that o could refuse the package, but I don't want to pay for the shipping, I want a full refund. However, a week after that and still hasn't shipped. I finally sent another message demanding a full refund ASAP. If I don't receive it by end of week I will contact my credit card for fraud. I just wanted what I paid for in the timely manner. Its sad to order something and it's been 7 weeks and still not receive it. 1 month before Christmas should have been plenty of time.

I have since had to file with the FCC because they have not sent the item, returned my money or send any emails other than a generic response. Do not do business with this website.

i have gotten a lot of merch from this store in the last couple years. so many issues. first, I got the black version of "when im away from you im happier than ever" turns out you cant see the logo AT ALL because they chose the exact same shades of black, not like on the website. they quietly removed it from the website without offering a recall. i later reached out to return or exchange for the white one and they stopped responding to my emails.
i also got the tshirt dress. after buying they said oh we dont actually have s, m, l its only xs/s or m/l so choose. i had no idea how to size that after the fact and without a size chart and had to respond within 2-3 days! so i chose off the cuff (i am never xs/s) and ended up with a HUGE tshirt dress i can barely wear in public. of course it was sold out so i couldnt exchange.
i recently ordered a xmas hoodie for $110. its not even soft inside, its rough like a hoodie that has been washed too much. its not even fair trade! if these items were fair trade i could understand the cost but organic cotton is not enough of a reason to cost so much. honestly im shocked billie hasnt done something about this store since she claims she "always thinks of her fans first" i buy fair trade organic cotton clothes from other stores that are cheaper AND actually soft.
overall its expensive, cheap crap and any time theres anything cool it sells out immediately anyway! hopefully i learned my lesson and wont buy again but its damn hard when you like an artist and want the merch. billie, would it kill you to fix this issue for your loyal fans? you post ads for it on instagram all the time, maybe look into what youre hocking at people.

I order 3 items the my daughter wants for x-mas , i place the order on dic. 4 , they say spected to be ship on dic 10 , and then they keep pushing the date back , i send emails and only got answer by a robot every time , finaly after i send 8 emails on 1 hour , a team member answer that was on dic 20 , they say they gonna send it , they only create a shipping label so i can get a tracking # , today is dic 24 and my item s not even ship yeat , they say is gonna ship on dic 27 bull*** , dont order anything from this webside
This site is a joke
This site is a joke. I ordered in November for my daughter, for Christmas. They said all items will ship 12/1/23. No problem, I'll still have them before Christmas I thought. But they never shipped. It is currently December 23rd and my daughters things still aren't here. I messaged them multiple times and just got the typical, "we're sorry we're backed up." Don't make a promise of a ship date then.

I ordered from both the US and UK sites on the 14/11 and 23/11 with dispatch stated for the 1/12 and 15/12. Neither orders were dispatched. I reached out to customer care, with Universal who oversee UK store, not responding to any of my emails but then sending a ready for shipping email on the 20/12. Tracking states neither have been dispatched even though they are Santa gifts with very little options to source such merchandise elsewhere. Very poor and misleading service which will be devastating for a child who is obsessed with Billie.

But the release date is rarely right. Adding months to the expected time you're supposed to get it. I'm waiting on stuff I ordered ages ago which is really disappointing

i love the quality of the shirts and hoodies, especially the hoodies, they have such a nice oversized fit and super comfy and soft! the best hoodies ever 🥹 but one thing i would say is her merch should be more affordable for her fans 🫶🏼

stupidly overpriced low quality items worth pennies
I'd give this shop zero stars if I could and that's me being generous. Ordered what was supposed to be a good quality tour hoodie for myself for Christmas- the new tour hoodie they got, black with neon green printing. It was around early December, spent a good 120 dollars on it and I finally got it around early January. What I ended up getting in the mail that day was literal garbage, the material is awful- I have rags I use to clean my kitchen, rags I've had for YEARS that feel softer than whatever that thing was that ya'll sent. I have 60 dollar hoodies I've bought at Zumiez and Vans that are well, worth the money. I've bought hoodies that are worth 90 dollars before, made of Sheepskin on the inside and real embroided text- that's worth 90 dollars. And that Billie Eilish hoodie I was given? That cheap ass material it's made up of? That's not even worth 10 dollars. I've bought stuff at the Flea Markets made better than this.
Length was also wrong, I ordered a hoodie- not a crop hoodie, there's absolutely no reason the waistband shouldn't be going below my belly button. The printing was faded, you couldn't even read some of the text. And don't even get me started on the returning process. Their site states that “the refund process will begin once the item is returned back to the warehouse”, making me understand that it'd be automatic once the item was under their possession- nowhere on the site, on the messages those 10 different customer representitives I spoke to sent did it say or did they say that I had to reach out to them in order to get my money back. My returned package was sitting there in their warehouse for almost a week and I wasn't being issued a refund, didn't hear back one peep telling me “Hey, your package made it back! Shopt us a message so we can resume the return process”. I had to take the time out of my busy day and reach out to them in order to begin the process. Ya'll need to be more clear on there, your information is very misleading- I suggest you change it asap. I can't imagine the amount of customers that never got their refund back after they shipped back their item to you guys- thinking that they got their refund for not reaching out.
Earlier this year, I had also bought my girlfriend Eilish 2, the perfume. Also had to spend a pretty penny on it. And yup, you guessed it! That wasn't worth the money either. My girlfriend said it doesn't smell good on it's own and it really doesn't, she has to literally mix it with other scents and perfumes to get a somewhat pleasant smell from it. If you want stupidly overpriced low quality items worth pennies, shop billieeilish.com. That's the last time I'm ever shopping there.
I recommend Marble Soda, Never Conent for good quality hoodies for the same price. Now that's a real hoodie. Never shopping here again.

Shocking! Ordered a Hoodie for my girlfriend for Christmas. It’s absolute garbage. The printing is shocking. Bits of colour missing and horrible material. You could pay £10 at primark and get a better jumper. Avoid these like the plague. Wish I read the reviews before buying this crap.

i did recieve the item, a month or so after purchasing and oh my god are the materials trash. its like they forgot to but another material in the hoodie? imagine a hoodie without the fluff, just the gross sewn feeling agaisnt ur skin, itd keep me warmer and feel softer if i flipped it inside out. dont waste ur money, i wasted 210 !!

I am never buying from this store again. The customer service is terrible, and it feels as though they make zero effort to care or tend to your issues. The clothes are of bad quality, and I have to wait MONTHS AND MONTHS for my order to arrive. I recently purchased a new set of clothes from here and It has been 4 months since my order arrived, and now somehow my order was shipped somewhere in the US and all the customer service team can say is 'sorry for the inconvenience!'.
Bad service
I ordered the Haleys comet hoodie back in November and have yet to receive it or even an estimate of when it will ship or be delivered. I have contacted the customer service multiple times and they keep saying it will come soon or that they are unsure when it will be delivered and that it is on back order. My sister ordered one of the t-shirts back in July of 2021 and it is now March 2022 and she has still not received her item. The clothes are cute, but honestly feels like a scam at this point. It’s sad because we wanted to wear them to her concert. Money was taken out of our accounts, yet we can’t get our items or even an estimate of when they will come.
Horrible service, communication
I wouldn't even give this website store 1 star, but that was the least. The service and experience has been horrible. I ordered items on Black Friday (11/26/21) and yet to receive items, but they sure charged my card for the order. They charged that with no hesitation whatsoever. I have emailed several times and get the same automated response. I just recently found out that it is delayed for one item that was on backorder. I asked they canceled the item and send the rest and yet to hear a response. I have emailed them every 3-4 weeks and nothing. Horrible store. I wonder if the Billie Eilish realizes what "her name store" is doing to her fans and customers. Very disappointing on the store management. The item prices are high and her tickets are expensive. You would think she or her management would be more considerate. DO NOT ORDER from store unless you want to wait 3+ months for items.
