Scam operation

Paid for courier delivery, took a week to create a label. Another week passed without anything happening and customer service no longer replies to emails. A big scam.

Hugh scam

Hugh scam. My story is similar to many others: Placed order in October. Followed up a month later and told (via email) there were delays in getting the product. Now it's December and still no word. They took my money right away. So frustrating. Lengthy delays in responses to email & no phone number to call. This appears to be one large scam operation.

Deserves 0 stars. Ordered in September, today is 12/12... nothing. Took my money, sent me a tracking number with fedex, but never actually sent my item to FedEx. Only created a label, now the tracking number isn’t valid. I’ve emailed countless times, only to receive an auto reply. Can’t find any other contact info. I just want a refund. Single mom here that tried to get a head start on Christmas gifts. SCAM STORE.

This is a scam store.

This store isn’t Billie Eilish’s legitimate store. I compared my email I received to my older sisters email who purchased me a shirt from the live stream store, and the colouring and the logos done were different. Plus the View Your Order showed that the shop had since been taken down. Please don’t purchase from this store, it’s a scam store. If you’ve purchased with PayPal you are able to request a refund up to 180 days after the initial purchase.

Awful don't use

Awful. Ordered t-shirt 02/09, delayed to 02/10, further delayed until 30/10, mailed 05/11, will arrive next 3-14 days, then another email on 19/11 - stock now arriving 04/12!!! They will have had our money for 3 months and no sign of anything... Don't bother

Should be removed as an online store.

Should be removed as an online store.
Tried to buy merch 5 times after buying virtual concert ticket.
They have all credit card info but said there was a problem with the order.
So they have my info.
No merch able to be ordered.
Contacted card companies so if I’m charged for nothing they know who to go after.
Very sad and not what should be expected from a top class artist.

Suck ur mother

I ordered just the white beanie a while back, and was charged twice.
The customer service crew (sam) got back to me instantly, so I assumed it was legit and I was going to recieve help and get my money back for the second charge, WRONG. They play games with you and send your email back to you as if they havent recieved it, or msgs like we are looking into the matter but never get back to you.. now because I complained im recieving weird automated emails.

I asked for a full refund and nothing back in 2 weeks.
You will not see your money or merchandise.
THIS IS BULL AND A HUGE SCAM.

Poor customer service.

I ordered an item from Billie Ellish at the end of May. I still haven't received it. I was never notified that the item was shipped. I recently contacted their customer service & was told the item was shipped & was given a tracking number. The tracking number is invalid. I was also advised that customer service needed to be contacted within 60 days of the order. I guess I just lost $20. Poor customer service.

I wish I could put 0 stars honestly, we ordered merch in may 2020 and it's September 25...horrible service, no one will help, and I can't find the website...what a disappointment if I could sue I would.... What a scam... No one should fall for this.

Amazing site, don’t know why people hate

Even though there are a lot of bad reviews I bought merch from this site. I don’t really know what experiences others have had, but mine were amazing. Packages always came complete and fast. Not to mention i live in Europe and it came from the United States. The products were also in perfect condition.

Nothing but compliments for the shop

Nothing but compliments for the shop. I ordered a necklace on Monday. And Tuesday it was packed. And the next week on Wednesday it was delivered. Thats very quick. And it was packed very good. Also the necklace was packed in a sort of giftbox.

Just stay clear!

Wish I wasn't so hasty to order merch for my daughter and took the time to read reviews, which I usually do on websites I'm uncertain of.

I ordered a jumper and a cd, the jumper arrived about 2 weeks later, however the CD is missing. I've sent an email to customer services but still haven't had any sort of response, its been almost 2 weeks since the 1st email now. I wish there was just a contact number to ring!

I'd stay clear tbh there seems to be more negative reviews than positive.

Horrible customer service

Ordered on May 10...a T-shirt and face mask. Just received order today. T-shirt only, face mask missing. Trying to get a personalized response from customer service is a joke! Standard pasted replies only. Your order has shipped blah blah. Here’s the tracking number blah blah. The items are expensive enough that you should be able to get a response and the there should definitely be a number to call to address the issues...red flag that there’s no customer service number!!

Poor customer service from Billie Eilish Store

I ordered my product in January, it’s now the end of June and the products been lost several times, with no response to my emails about a refund. If I could give zero stars, I would. I would not recommend purchasing from this store, very disappointed.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a sweatshirt on April 5, 2020
It has been nothing more than run a rounds and lies. The money was immediately taken from my account. I am suing based on principles at this point. Horrible customer service. This is a fraud, scam, or whatever you wanna call it. DON'T ORDER NOR TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!
