Streets Ahead Estate Agents Reviews

I love the fact that the staff’s are really polite and consistent especially Kacey, she has really been of most help in finding a suitable property

Kacey communicated clearly amd helped me a lot by assisting in my property search

Kacey showed me the flat she did very good job she profesional and punctual.i was happy to see this flat with her Iam very happy with youre service.Well done thank you

Maya has been more than helpful and provided her expertise of the properties when we initially liaised. Her professionalism was prominent as she thoroughly explained what made the properties stand out and highlighted all the positives that worked in our favour. To us that meant that she pays great attention to detail and memorises her clients preferences and does her best to match those to whatever is available on the market. She also proved to be very knowledgeable in regards to the area itself and shared all the essential tips that one would need in regard to parking, traffic, transport links etc. overall one of the best viewing experiences that would convince one to go ahead with streets ahead due to the great attention to detail.

what the advantages

Haraan was great. He was always prompt and well informed, and was always available for any questions.

Paige was extremely helpful and insightful and I was very comfortable the whole time thanks!

My estate agent Nadim was amazing, he was very courteous and professional and kept me in the loop all the way through a difficult sale. I would highly recommend Streets Ahead.

Adem stepped up and helped when we wanted to view a property and miscommunication between myself and my housemate had led to the another agent leaving before we'd arrived on time. Adem's calm and professional manner helped make the viewing a positive experience over all and we put an offer in the next day.
Continued interaction with Adem has been a pleasure. Great service, lovely location.

Arthur has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Initially we ended up a bit late to our first viewing but we went straight to the 2nd property instead and there were no issues. He drove us to the next property which was very nice, while being conversational and telling us about shortcuts to the station and other useful tips. After the 2nd viewing he dropped us off near the station. We ended up not going for any of the properties however he has already since sent us a lot more links to houses which are more suited for our budget.

Adem has done a great job so far. He had good communication skills. He understands what we want as customers. He should keep up the great work!

The best customer service from Adem Serir ! Honestly made my experience extremely smooth and really knew what he was talking about. Very good with his words !

Maya is Amazing!

Long term tenant client of streets and met Maya at the Croydon branch. Very professional and really helped guide me during a time of uncertainty. She understands people and creates a safe environment for in-depth discussions if you are interested in finding the right home. She is also up to date with modern ways of communicating and caters well for professionals with very busy lifestyles or jobs.

Really supported us through a pretty arduous moving process. Kept us informed throughout and brought stress down wherever they could. Nadim was a real rockstar.

I contacted Haraan Pirethivirajan to arrange a visit to one flat. Based on my selection he recommended three other flats and also arranged to give me a lift in his car.

He listened to me and he took the time to understand what I wanted.
