Recently bought received a pair of…

Recently bought received a pair of strike atheletic shoes for a Christmas gift
Did not fit. Only after you return and QUALIFY for return you can only receive a store credit. Living in Pa and sending shoes back to CA. Cost me 50 dollars. The shoe. And sock purchase cost was 120.00. Seriously !!!!!
Shoes were never worn.
So why would I want to buy more items that might not fit or something else. ??
How could a person know the correct size to buy as a gift not knowing the way the product is made. Worst customer service as far as an online purchase I have ever experienced. Shoes were 100 dollars and it cost me 50 to return. Stupid. !!!!! Can’t even get a number to talk to someone .. the friggin socks didn’t fit either. Men’s large wouldn’t fit a mouse. How could a customer know that.
Never had to read company policy and have. An issue like this. Screw this company. Still gonna try and track someone down but guaranteed will NEVER EVER BUY OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. DONT GET BURNT BY THIS HIGH END COMPANY!!!

My shoes were fine

My shoes were fine, but i think they are overpriced. I hateeeed the laces on them. They were too thick to tie tightly so any jumping or jogging they would come undone. I have had them for 7 months and now they are starting to rub against my ankles, i think the back is too worn down already. Would not buy from them again.

Good Shoes, but poor service

Shoes are great. I have a couple pairs. BUT, they never have adequate stock of popular sizes in the popular color ways/shoe styles. They reply that they have stock coming soon...but weeks pass, and no more inventory is added. Very disappointing they can't keep inventory for what would otherwise be great shoes.

World Class Shoes!

No complaints. The shoes always fit perfectly and never had any issues at all!

I’m a true to size but I know a lot of people have to go half size bigger with the shoes (just a pro tip!)

Terrible customer service

Excited to try their shoes. Ordered a pair. They were tight around my wide foot so I was looking to return them. They have a very complex return policy that requires an email to the company answering questions and providing a photo of your return.
I did this and sought clarification on amount of money I would get in return because I realized I had to pay out of pocket to have the shoes returned. They responded via email saying the exact amount of money I paid for the shoes. After this confirmation, I finalized the return in which then I received store credit. I have in an email that I was getting cash back and they were not willing to honor the fact they told me I would get my full payment back. I would expect them to clarify that the money I was receiving would be store credit when I asked. I would have then kept the shoes if I knew this fact. Now I am not willing to try another size or model. 10/10 terrible customer service and wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Proceed with caution. Terrible experience with customer service. They sent me the wrong size. After I asked for an exchange they told me since the product was final sale that I could not be refunded and they sent me the wrong size.

Customer service/ policies are trash

Ordered a pair of shoes, unfortunately they came defective, the one shoe was fine the other shoe was not glued correctly, it would come apart when you walked in them. It took 5 days for customer service to finally explain how to mail them back. Which was by my own dime, $22 to mail back their messed up shoes. No exchange possible, if I want a new pair I'm going to have to pay $15 in shippjng again! So $37 in shipping to hopefully get a pair that's not messed up. WTF

My order was never delivered

I ordered three pairs of shoes in Christmas to be delivered in Greece. UPS- the company that they use has terrible reviews in Greece. They say that they couldn't reach you and they return they product or they loose it.
I have been emailing Strike since December and I have received an email that says that's it's my responsibility to contact UPS which I have been trying to do but it looks like they lost the package.
I haven't received a reply or a refund and I lost around 400 dollars!!!!

You essentially cannot return products

You essentially cannot return products. I tried my shoes on indoors, they don't fit (they're a size 12, I'm always a size 12, so their sizing must be funky). They said they're too worn to be returned. Insanity. They could be the best shoes on the planet (they're not) and it wouldn't be worth dealing with their trash customer service and customer service policies.

Can I give them zero stars

Can I give them zero stars? Avoid this company at all cost. The shoes are not great. Their return policy is ridiculous! It is extremely cumbersome with a ton of whoops to jump through. Also, if you purchase a shoe that is in anyway discounted, they do not give you a refund. Horrible shoes with horrible customer service. Wish I read reviews before I purchased.

Buyer beware!

I would just say don't buy anything from them. I bought shoes that were too small, initiated a refund that was approved by the company. I sent the shoes back on my own dime but received no refund even after multiple emails. Thank goodness for PayPal. I launched a complaint with them and finally got my money back. Go to your local sports store instead. Stay away from this company.

Mixed experience with shoe order

I'm somewhat divided about my recent shoe order experience. Initially, I had ordered one pair in size 10 for myself and another pair in size 6 for my wife. However, upon receipt, I was disappointed to find that I had received two pairs in size 6 instead of the correct size.I immediately reached out to customer service via email in hopes of resolving this issue, especially since I had to pay high taxes in France, equivalent to the price of a new pair of shoes. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts at communication, I never received a response from them. Nevertheless, my disappointment eased a bit when my wife tried on the shoes and found them to her liking. They appear to be of very good quality, and she enjoys them greatly. In summary, while the issue of incorrect sizing and the lack of response from customer service were frustrating, I am satisfied that my wife found two pairs of shoes she likes.

Poor Experience & Customer Service

This company lacks responsive customer service. I originally ordered a size 10, which was based on their sizing recommendations. This size was .5 too small. I reached out to start the process of an exchange. An exchange was not possible with online orders. I was informed I would be responsible to pay for shipping back, wait for a refund, then re-order in 1/2 size larger… Not ideal, but understandable. It was the new shoe order that is receiving this such poor review. Upon receiving the new size, it appeared the shoes were defected. I ordered Bright White/white and it seemed like they absorbed or were dyed by the highlighter yellow wrapping paper that comes in the box. They were not white at all. I reached out to customer service, providing pictures, for a solution to this. Their response: I would have to pay for shipping yet again to send back and they will process a refund if it meets their return policy. This response is unacceptable. Shipping with USPS to send the original shoe order back was $14. So, I am supposed to be almost $30 in the hole, without a pair of shoes to even show for it? Since my latest email on 2/6, I have yet to receive a response. It’s been 3 business days. I love the style of their Haze Trainer, but not worth the headache and risk of their online ordering process.

They have terrible customer service. I paid $150 for a pair of shoes and when they arrived in my usual soze they were extremely tight and unflattering. I have sent them NUMEROUS emails trying to get a return approved and I have sent them several photos showing them that the shoes are in brand new condition. They are stalling BIG time on approving this returned and the keep sending me back they same template email asking for photos! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They seem very very shady!!!!

Return process makes it not worth purchasing the shoes

The arches of the shoes are way too high for me and the back is too high and rubs against my heels. The return process is very cumbersome. I had to email pictures of the shoes to prove that I have not worn them. The response to my pictures is that there looks like there is dirt on the soles and a reminder that I will not receive a full refund if they appear worn. I am flabbergasted because I walked in them just for a few minutes on my hard wood floors (I do not have carpet). The return shipping instructions are also complicated. I do not recommend purchasing unless you are able to try the shoes on at a retail store or event. It is too bad because I want to support this company.

Shady Shady Shady!

Similar to others, my issue is with their customer service and returns practices. After MUCH research, I decided that these seemed like the best shoe for my needs. I invested $150+ and ordered my usual size, 6.5 women's, feeling assured I'd be able to return them if they didn't fit. I'm 90% always a 6.5. Nowhere did Strike state that their shoes run small, which is clear based on the reviews here. What is so shady about this company is that they hide the actual terms of their returns in a minimized/hidden section of text called "WHAT IS STRIKE MVMNT'S RETURN POLICY?" which is below the section that literally says "RETURN POLICY." It is there that they say the buyer will have to pay for return shipping. I would NEVER have ordered from them if I knew that was their full policy. It cost me $45 and change to send $150 shoes back. So, 1/3 the cost of the item! Instead of making it easy for their customers and building goodwill and brand trust, they have now lost my custom forever, and I will absolutely warn everyone at my crossfit gym against purchasing their wares. There's a way to do good business, especially when you're a niche product looking to increase your share of the market and this ain't it.
