If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely awful experience. Purchased tickets double face value plus fees. Travel to venue , wait in the queue and find out at the door they are invalid. Staff had MULTIPLE tickets sold from stubhub all the same! NONE OF THESE TICKETS ARE VALID! No customer service available at the time of the gig left to fill out a form and told we will get back to you in 48 hours.

Absolute disappointment is an understatement. Don’t bother buying tickets from StubHub, more like SCAMHUB.

Amazing night

Amazing night, right at the front, for a very reasonable price. Bought night before concert. Met loads of new friends!

Would highly recommend Stub Hub.
Fast delivery of ticket, no problems.

I called their customer service, waited 70 minutes, never got through, and eventually gave up. Really poor customer service.

Bought tickets for the England v Panama…

Bought tickets for the England v Panama World Cup game was told two days before the game that the purchase had been cancelled. No alternative offered. I had rung Stub Hub earlier and been assured that the seller was one of their ‘partners’ and had an excellent record.
Well someone isn’t telling the truth, it is unbelievable that they can get away with this. The authorities need to clamp down on these activities.

First time buying resale

I had never bought resale before but I bought a resale ticket from StubHub for Bad Bunny. When I reached out to say the ticket had not been delivered, they investigated immediately and within two hours they had found me an alternative ticket in a great section and had the ticket transferred. All the customer service agents I spoke with were very helpful.

Beware of the Parking Purchase Process – Costly Click, No Refund

While buying concert tickets a few months ago, I clicked "Yes" when StubHub asked whether I wanted parking. Within seconds, the site rushed me through the purchase of an $80 parking pass without any meaningful opportunity to review or confirm the order. I realized what had happened almost immediately and tried to cancel the purchase within seconds, but StubHub refused to issue a refund. Despite multiple exchanges with customer service, they would not reverse a charge that never should have been finalized so easily in the first place. NEVER AGAIN. Buyer beware.

Bought a ticket for 150 and didn't…

Bought a ticket for 150 and didn't realize the tickets are only worth 60 on other sites, when asking for refund they are making me resell. biggest scam ever, do not buy tickets from them!!!!!

Unable to contact StubHub support by email

Hello,

I need help with an urgent StubHub order issue, but I cannot reach support by email.

I submitted the official support form several times from both phone and computer. It says a confirmation email will be sent, but I never receive any confirmation or response.

I need email communication because I cannot make phone calls to StubHub. My order shows conflicting delivery dates, and I need written confirmation of the official delivery deadline, plus a case/reference number.

Please escalate this and contact me by email.

Very easy to put tickets up for sale. Great communication with the buyer and transfer ticket dates. I originally was going to be paid via PayPal but lost access to it and customer service was very quick to change my payout method to my bank account. Slight miscommunication with customer service about payout date.

The tickets i was sold were not genuine…

The tickets i was sold were not genuine and i was left hanging on until the day of the event for them to let me know they wouldnt be fulfilling my order despite multiple daily calls and messages.
