Purchased tickets for Silverstone. Contacted support as the tickets had not been transferred to me and they said I have to sell the tickets to get the money back.
Shameful to think a company this size cannot simply process a refund.

It's been the first time I buy a concert ticket through StubHub. To be honest, I wasn't very confident about it in the beginning, but it turned out to be perfect!!

Customer service at the beginning through whatsapp was great, quick, friendly and convenient. Then that service got shutdown so had to call for follow ups, some were good others bad, in the end all went well tickets went well and secure!

The tickets did not arrive as promised. Not a StubHub problem per se, but an issue with the seller. Why did it take me to phone up to get the tickets transferred, why can't stubhub be more proactive and chase sellers?

I ordered 3 tickets Maroon 5 at BST Hyde Park. They were reasonably priced, under face value. Perhaps this should have been a red flag. When they arrived they were obviously fake. I was sent a pdf file that looked like it had been made by an amateur fraudster using a basic software package. BST’s website states clearly that all tickets are delivered through AXS/Ticketmaster within the BST app.
It took me two phone calls, waiting on hold for 30 minutes on each occasion to get hold of an agent to raise a dispute and follow up. I also emailed but received no acknowledgement.
I received a follow up phone call and email offering replacement tickets, one category lower, which I accepted but they were mysteriously sold to another customer. I was then offered replacement tickets in the most basic category, which I refused, followed by tickets in the second most basic category which I also refused, and demanded a refund, which has since been processed.
I am experienced at buying tickets and I know the difference between fake and genuine tickets but less experienced buyers could find themselves in a situation where they don’t check the tickets until they are at the event, are refused entry and left high and dry.
Be warned that stubhub are not particularly responsive and take a long time to answer calls. They should have checked the primary seller’s ticket specifications and should not have offered fake tickets from a fraudulent seller. This experience has wasted my time and would have been even worse for a less knowledgeable ticket buyer. I would not recommend StubHub based on this poor interaction.

I was contacted by Juan Carlos from customer services. He was very apologetic and gave a thorough explanation of the process and how it went wrong in this case. The FIFA World Cup is putting unprecedented demand on Stubhub currently, and has impacted on the speed at which they can respond to enquiries. He listened to my concerns and we were able to resolve the situation amicably.

Tickets sent to me did not work at the event and when I contacted StubHub they had no record of my order, even tough I had emails and order number. Lost out on my concert experience and the cost of the ticket. I will be fighting to get compensated! Do not use!

Sold x 2 tickets for Harry Styles, could not login to my account to confirm the transfer, none answered the phone so I couldn't report the issue, none replied to my chat message, but I transferred the tickets anyway to the Stubhub buyer, the buyer confirmed they received them but as I did not confirm in my account that they were transferred ( as I could not login into my account i sent them screenshots of the error message I had) Stubhub said I had breeched their T&Cs and I would be charged an £80 admin fee!! but they haven't even replied to my multiple emails on this. So I'm now massively out of pocket having sold the tickets for under face value and still not receiving any reply or money from the sale of the tickets to Stubhub even though the Stuhbub buyer confirmed they received them! Terrible experience and customer service!!

Terrible! I’d give less than one star if it was an option.
I Could not get access to the tickets I paid £730 for and so missed the gig. 2 of the tickets were birthday gifts for my kids.
Poor communication, not very user friendly platform. Never had a problem with ticket master, take a leaf!!

In speaking on selling tickets: I would be very very careful when listing. Due to a glitch with their app, tickets i listed went in twice. Of course I didn't realize until after I had 2 buyers. Now I'm responsible for paying for 2 tickets that I wasn't selling. In other words, you have ZERO recourse as a seller even if the fault rests on StubHub. Buying tickets seems to be okay but I advise against using StubHub for selling tickets.
