Wrongful tickets were issued by the seller and contacted the customer service with very helpful and prompt service provided by Maria. She had well followed through the case and provided quick remedial answers for provision of replacement tickets at nearby location. The professional service is well trusted.

I spent ages trying to resolve an issue…

I spent ages trying to resolve an issue through the apps unhelpful "help centre".

As this was an urgent matter, I reluctantly called the customer service hotline.

Admittedly, I was pissed off due to the unsuccessful run around with the in app support system.

However, Yamila the customer service representative was EXCEPTIONAL.

Yamila quickly resolved my issue in a helpful and friendly manner and so I just wanted to say thanks to this agent in particular, who is deserving of praise!

No valid Tickets, No refund, Appalling attitude. If I could give them a minus score, I would.

I have just had a deeply unsatisfactory experience with Stubhub International. I am very, very, very disappointed with the service and the attitude around my order.

I bought 2 tickets for a premier league game the week before last. The order was placed in February.
One day before the game, I had received no communication from anyone and called the Stubhuh International customer support line late in the afternoon. After an exceptionally long delay, I spoke to an agent who said they would escalate and get back to me. Nobody got back to me.

Following a review of my order and now hugely stressed, I called the customer support line again and got through after nearly an hours wait. In addition to not getting a ticket, I advised them that my order had been downgraded in terms of the tickets on offer. When I got through to the agent and explained all, she saw the issue, apologised profusely and said it would be escalated and sorted. Nobody got back to me

On the morning of the game, just as we were heading to the airport to travel to the game, I received 2 emails.

When I opened the links, I got a message indicating that my phone does not support contactless, I should go through another barcode etc, to get tickets. Nothing worked and there was no valid tickets.

Indicating my phone did not support contactless is wrong and actually represents reprehensible behaviour as it tries to ship responsibility to the client. It is also technically nonsensical. I have an Iphone 16 Promax and it is fully NFC and contactless enabled and is active by default for all uses, so what is outlined here is completely wrong. I use it all of the time and it never fails.

I was now unable to do anything further for the next number of hours as I took my flight. On arrival in the UK, I tried the service centre but failed to get to an agent.

Now in the UK and travelling to the ground and phenomenally stressed, the next communications were another statement that as my device was not contactless enabled, I needed to do other stuff. It did not work.

This clearly means these are fake “tickets”. Since the start of the 25/26 season, all tickets at this ground without exception are NFC enabled.

As a final attempt from one of these multiple organisations now communicating with me, I got an email (with no ability to add to a wallet - so it was impossible they were valid). This was now less than 2 hours before the game. I had to source alternative tickets through other contacts..

This experience which was planned to be a nice weekend turned into a highly stressful couple of days and to call it shocking and appalling treatment would be an understatement.

Having done everything and not getting valid tickets, I engaged with their alleged FanProtect 100% guarantee by email 2 days later. No response over a week later. StubHub International's FanProtect 100%guarantee is meaningless. The guarantee states “Your tickets will arrive in time, be valid and exactly what you purchased”. I received nothing on time, nothing valid and indeed what I purchased in my order initially was changed without any communication with me.

In summary, no valid tickets, no refund, appalling treatment. If I was allowed give them a minus score rating, I would.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with StubHub.

Approximately one month before my event, I discovered that my tickets had been transferred to an email address that was not mine and was never authorized by me. I immediately contacted StubHub support and spent weeks trying to resolve the issue through emails and live chat.

Despite multiple contacts before the event date, no effective solution was provided in time. Because the event was nearly sold out, I was forced to purchase alternative tickets at my own expense in order not to miss the event entirely.

I also attempted a chargeback with my bank, but StubHub disputed it claiming the tickets had been transferred correctly — even though the transfer involved an unauthorized email address.

The most frustrating part is that the StubHub FanProtect Guarantee did not protect me in this situation involving unauthorized activity and compromised ticket access.

I strongly recommend that buyers carefully verify and monitor their ticket transfers and account activity when using this platform.

Good experience, just pricey

The buying process was easy and clear and the delivery was quick. The only con is the excessive markups, it would be great if they took cues from places like Twickets and instituted price caps.

Everything was smooth!

Stranded at the doors of a sold-out concert

I will never use StubHub again. For weeks leading up to the concert, StubHub sent automated emails telling me "not to worry" and promising that my ticket would arrive, with clear time lines. But my ticket never appeared.

I called customer service four times on the day of the event. Even as I stood at the venue 20 minutes before the doors opened, I was told to "wait another 15 minutes" because the seller was "looking for another ticket". It is now painfully clear that this was a *speculative listing*. The seller either listed tickets they didn't actually own, or listed them in multiple places.

Because the show was sold out, StubHub's "FanProtect Guarantee" failed. They couldn't provide replacements, so they issued a refund and a measly £25 voucher. A £25 discount on a future failure is an insult after spending time and money on travel, only to be left standing outside while the music started.

StubHub allows sellers to gamble with fans' experiences. They don't protect the fan; they just provide a refund after your night is already ruined. The corporate reassurances is completely hollow. Avoid this platform.

FRAUD

If you dont want to be a victim of fraud, DONT buy tickets from STUBHUB.

They are the biggest scammers out there, and they only want to cheat you out of your money.

I bought two concert tickets for Olivia Dean, and they turned out to be fake. Don’t buy anything from them or give them your information.

Visited UK from Canada

Visited UK from Canada and took my 91 year old father to watch Brighton vs Wolves. Dad has been a season ticket holder for 75 years and attended live games for 80 years before giving up to take care of his wife. I made arrangements to look after mum and gave Dad a lovely day out memorable 3-0 win over Wolves. The Stubhub and Trustpilot platform made this possible and we are very grateful and impressed with the ease of service to facilitate an amazing family memory. Thank you!

Stub Hub International Rocks!

I had what I thought was a complicated ticket issue. George was extremely patient and helpful. I waited less than 1 minute to be helped when I contacted Stub Hub by phone. George took charge, contacted the seller and got back to me in 20 minutes. Issue resolved. Off to the concert.
