Scam. DO NOT USE WHATSOEVER. I have been waiting for my money for well over a month now. I have called 10 times and been told the same thing “this will be investigated with the relevant team”. AI chat is useless, emails are ignored. They owe me £220 and I can’t get it out the company. Unsure if they have liquidity issues and are hiding behind ‘technical issues’.

€41 fee for €87 ticket!!! Rip off!! Stay away
Clarification as requested. We wanted to go to Tarkan concert in Dorthmund in July 3rd. The ticket price was €87 but the total price for 4 people went up a lot because of a service charge of €41 per ticket which is like 50% of the ticket value.

Absolutely furious with these people
Absolutely furious with these people. Made a sale on 3rd April and 2 months later they mail to say its cancelled due to chargeback or fraud? Im sorry but as a seller if I dont deliver Stubhub cant fine me quick enough quoting some nonsense deeply hidden rules. Yet they themselves can cancel a sale and Absolutely NO COMEBACK FOR ME. As a long term seller ill no longer list any on this platform given you have so many rules that screw you as a seller YET NOT 1 RULE TO PROTECT YOU.

Very good availability of tickets, pretty easy to book. One minor gripe is downloading the tickets after purchase when they were available was a little less than obvious.

Never Received Tickets. AVOID.
Stubhub backed out of order, never received tickets.
bought tickets well in advance, started to chase 2 weeks before event, in total 4 emails and 7 phone calls. was told tickets were guaranteed as theyd been sold by one of their best sellers. was told on the day of the event the order couldnt be fulfilled.
Stubhub promote their 'fan guarantee' but basically all that means is you might get a refund if you don't get your tickets.
was told i'd get a refund in 5-8 business days, i rang up 5 days after event and was told it hadnt been processed so needed to wait another 5-8 days.
Terrible experience, will use Viagogo next time.
In simple terms: If you use Stubhub theres no promise you'll ever receive your tickets.

Failed to deliver my tickets in time…
Failed to deliver my tickets in time before the event and asked for a refund, they say to wait for a update. I sent in the request on april 21 and its june 16.
