Impressive service

Great price on the Brisbane London return flight. I was nervous using them as I had never used them in the past. But everything went very well, and the e-tickets were issued less than an hour with Qatar Airways. Others sometimes take a day or two. So I'm impressed with the price transparency and quick turnaround. Thank you 😊

No accountability or response from Support Team

I called the support line to confirm whether there would be one piece of carry-on luggage included within the price of a ticket as there was no information or indication on the website. The support worker confirmed that there was carry-on luggage included. However it turned out that the luggage was not included and the ticket also did not allow for the add-on of carry on luggage. I've called and emailed and waiting for a response but I've received no help for over a month. There is no response or accountability from this team and they say they provide discounts on tickets but it's actually the same as the airplane provider.

I needed a flight for the following day…

I needed a flight for the following day and SU UK had the cheapest fare so I booked it through them. After making the payment I received an email confirmation but not the eTicket nor the airline reference. I called the costumer number and they sent the eTicket as well as my receipt immediately. The lady at the other end of the line was very pleasant and knew how to sort out the problem.
To improve the system, eTickets should automatically be sent with the confirmation email and customers should not wait “up to seven days” as the confirmation email states.
