2 months to arrive

Ordered a product online. Took 2 months to arrive! When I emailed they replied days later advising me they were waiting for the product to come back into stock. Don't sell things you don't have! Or at least make it clear. In the interim was absolutely bombarded by sales emails.

THIEVES

IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS. They do not reply to emails, they put out FALSE shipping tracking numbers, I will definitely take legal action against this thieves!

No confirmation. Money taken and no response from customer service!

Placed an order and haven’t received any confirmation emails but the money has been taken from my account. I think that’s completely unprofessional and I’ve never experienced that with any other company before. Tried to get in touch for a refund and have been ignored repeatedly. Looking at the reviews I regret making a purchase from here now. Rather pay a bit more for a reliable service where I’m guaranteed to at least receive the products I’ve paid for!

Edit: after trying to contact them they have now DELETED my account so I can’t log on at all. I tried logging in and it just says ‘invalid’. Dodgy dodgy business.

Not a scam, the order just takes a while

I'm not sure why the reviews are bad. I've ordered countless times from stylevana and I can confirm that they do not scam you. The shipping can take a while, sometimes up to 1 month or longer but It's no different to other retailers like YesStyle. The prices are also amazing compared to other Asian beauty retailers on the market. It's definitely worth the wait and all products are genuine. Highly recommend it!

Never arrived

Ordered 3 weeks ago, order status still appears as 'processing' and I havent received anything. It didn't take them 3 weeks to take the money out of my account though!!

Wish I could give zero!!!!

No order was delivered. They keep ignoring my 20+ emails and when they don’t, it’s a pre written email. I DIDNT GET THE ORDER nor my money back. Stay away from these guys.

Definitely a scam, says it’s been delivered but I have no received my order and no replies from customer services

I made an order in February and have still not received the package. I thought it was just taking some time with delivery so contacting them but when tracking the order it seems it has been ‘delivered’ a week ago. I have searched around bins, checked with neighbours and no luck. I have queried with the virtual assistant and I got one reply back from a guy called Adam who told me to check with neighbours. I instantly replied and I haven’t heard back from him. I submitted another ticket on the website (last week) and nobody has responded. I then seen an email address for marketing so thought I’d be able to get a reply from there but this wasn’t the case. I have been requesting photographic evidence of delivery so I can figure out which neighbour it has been delivered to but nobody has come back to me. The website says that ‘you will get a response within 48hours’ yet I’m now waiting 10 days and have sent numerous emails and submitted 2 tickets with no joy. I spent over £70 on products and have no even received them so think it’s a scam. The fact that nobody even responds to emails or the virtual assistant confirms this. This is the first time I have ordered from this website and will definitely be the last.

I wrote a review on the Stylevana.com reviews originally and I got the same reply that everyone has got to contact support although there has been no reply from there either. Very frustrating.

Very horrible

Very horrible, my parcel is missing since last december. The customer service is very bad i emailed many times and no one has aswered even though i have proof my parcel was not delivered. The contact number says its a Uk number, but it is not it is a number for HongKong. Never will i order from here ever again!!!

Damaged parcel

Got my order delivered on 1 st feb with damaged and leaked parcel. Emailed about it on next daye. Then again detailed email with products and images on 6 th of February. Till date no respoyand actuon from team. This is irritating.

Slow delivery, unbeatable price

Slow delivery but unbeatable price-wise.
Placed an order 15th January, received it today 15th February. I already knew the delivery would take some time so wasn't surprised.
Communication was good all the way through. Didn't need customer support.
It might be slower than other places like Sephora, but for Korean beauty items, the price is divided by 5. As long as you're happy to be patient, this is a really good option. I'm super happy.

Terrible customer service!!

Terrible customer service.
Placed an order on Jan28th. 9days later Feb6 no update on my order, if it was shipped already, nothing. So emailed them asking for an update the reply was they are still waiting for one of the items to be in stock which was coming on Feb8th (11days after the order was placed!) What??!!
If I did not email them I wouldn’t even know about the delay. I demanded my order to be sent for Express delivery because this is taking so long and I am religiously waiting for the products because I run out already. And I believe it is only FAIR to me. If I have known that ITEM WAS NOT IN STOCK I could have just cancelled it. But NO COMMUNICATION FROM THEM AT ALL.
Come Feb 9th they are telling me now I have to wait for another 6-10 working days for my order to arrived! Seriously??!!
Deeply regretted I used Stylevana.

All good with my order

I have placed my first order and after a 3 weeks awaiting time with no updates on mi account, I have founded that the company is a nightmare. I have placed the order on 20.01.2024 and I have received the order on 02.02.2024 with Royal Mail. I have received with my order also a small gift. I have gave 4 stars just because the company do not advice or keep you posted regarding delivery date. To be honest I will do not place another order.

I've ordered 3 times the first one came…

I've ordered 3 times the first one came in 7 days and the second order I'm 15 days
But the 2 recent orders one has taken 24 days and it says its been dispatched But when I track it it hasn't and the other order after 20 days has still not been packed and dispatched the website and the conformation emails say it should get dispatched a lot sooner idk why it take so long I have skin care priorities I cannot wait for them to dispatch my order whenever they feel like all they seem to be good at is posting discount codes on Instagram otherwise it feels like it's run by one lazy person

I ordered 10 units of this serum. After one whole month they sent only 2 saying that these are the only two which we have right now.
I asked for a refund then they said that we dont offer any refunds.
Stay Away from them.

I spent £375 on the website and it’s been one month and my order is still processing not delivered

They ignore my emails and do not respond I’ve emailed 100 times they ignore it, they replied once saying we out of stock and will ship when we get

How can you list items on your site you don’t have in stock and make me wait a month

I’m going away on holiday for 6 months now and I’m going to be without my skincare which I spent £375 on

Fraud of a company , never ever gonna order from here again just lies after lies after lies and now fully ignoring all my emails

Don't order from this site

I made an order with Stylevana EU on October 29th and contacted them as of Nov 6th to ask why my package had not shipped out. That is when they told me that two of my products where not in stock until Nov 20th and would then ship off then. I asked that they either ship out the products they do have and ship out the other products later or cancel my order. Since then there has been back and forth with days between their responses. I stated that was ridiculous to order something and not have it ship out till a month later. They said all the products were actually in stock on Nov 13th and that if I approved my order that they would ship them out. It has now been 7 days since then and the products have still not shipped from the day they said they would be. They refer to "processing time" which should be taking the products from their inventory and shipping them. They obviously do not have the inventory they put on their website but full fill orders and take peoples money. Bad business practices. I wouldn't order from them again as there's many other K beauty suppliers with similar enough pricing.
