Do a chargeback!
Such a scam! Avoid! How are they still in business? If you've placed an order and haven't received any updates, just do a chargeback. I ordered from them in August 2022 and never got my products. Emailed them so many times until a few months ago (September 2023), they agreed to give me a coupon of the amount I spent on my order (£134.14). I decided to give them a second chance and placed an order using the coupon but I had to pay for the shipping of £3.99. Again, items never arrived. Claimed to have issues with stock and cancelled my order and gave me what they claim to be a "full" refund, but only refunded £3.99. Such a waste of time. Such a scam! How is what they're doing even legal?

Do not order! Scam!
I did an order on 16 sept and it still says ‘processing’ after two weeks. It should be shipped and be with my by now . No update on if they are waiting for products to be in stock (like other websites ). No way in contacting them either so this has lead me to believe this is fake and a scam.
Luckily I paid with credit card so will dispute it with my card company since I can’t get hold of anyone at this company

This company is a joke. It use to be alright some time ago. You could place an order and get your products, even if it took ages to get them, but it's all gone to the pits since then. It's as if dumb robots have taken over their company; customer service won't reply, nor resolve anything + your order won't arrive for some reason even though they claim to have shipped it. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. There are companies who are capable of running a functioning business you can buy products from.
If you have already paid them, you might want to make a police report, and contact your credit card company.
Damage item received and over a month passed by and no replacement sent!!
I placed an order on the 3/08/23 and received it on 15/08/23. One of item was damaged & leaked, so I send an email on 15/08/23 and didnt hear from customer service for 6 days. Then I got a response back on 30/08/23 (which 2 weeks later) offering me a coupon for that damaged item and I requested if they could send me a replacement for that. Then I got an email on 31/08/23 saying my order has been delivered and hope I am enjoying the products, I was very frustrated at this point as literally someone offered me a coupon one day before then next day someone else replies back saying my item is delivered and to enjoy the product. I dont think the last person replying the email even read my previous concern to why I wrote to customer service. Today is 18/09/23 and I still have not heard anything from customer service. Its been over a month plus and I still cant get a replacement for the damaged item. Please do not shop at Stylevana as their customer is 0/5.

I have been ordering from Stylevana for a few years, I thought I was satistied as their products are good, until something went wrong!
I ordered some items, of the items 3 were damaged, with leaking serum and hair mask all over the package. The 3 items that were broken were unusable. I emailed Stylevana and I got no response. This then went on for a while. I complained and then had someone called Katie Lewis email me back. They said they would give me a credit refund, but since then ignored all my emails and have not responded to anything I have replied.
DO NOT ORDER FROM STYLEVANA, they have zero customer service. I will take this to the consumer ombudsman. I suggest anyone else having the same issue do the same, they should be shut down!

Massively improved service. Placed my order on 25/7/23 and received it today 10/8/23. Great products and service. I ordered a 4 pack of one product and a moisturiser. Maybe it is because I only ordered 2 different products and both were in stock because my previous order took weeks.

Bad customer service
I have placed my first order on March 2023, and have been sending multiple chat request on their websites and emails to them for at least two months regarding the order status and cancellation of my order and I did not receive any response at all. After which, they responded towards the end of May, stating that if I decide to keep the order, they will give more samples. At that time, I went ahead and said yes, I want to keep the order still. After 2-3 weeks, I received another email from them stating that one of my items is out of stock and will refund me the money. I was very frustrated as I have ordered since March, and why should it take more than 2 months for the support team to inform me about it? As a result, I sent another email stating that I would want to cancel my entire order instead. Again, they took their own sweet time to response and the items ended up was already dispatched to my address. When the items were sent to my address, I was only given three samples. How is this even extra samples? Overall, it was a really bad experience and I urge people to think twice before ordering from Stylevana.

i’m genuinely appalled with stylevana, i’ve done a big order on the 16th may which is over a month ago and my order is STILL processing. are you joking? everytime i’ve contacted stylevana it’s the same outdated automated message. Customer service is awful and doesnt bother to reply. So appalled. 20+ emails and enquiries later and its gotten nowhere. Now my prom is ruined.

My experience was okay, the products were intact & original, i placed my order on the 7th of May & received on 26th of May. It is unfortunate that some customers are yet to get their orders, my observation is make payment via paypal (it’s easier for refund) and ensure to order from your location website (uk should use stylevana.co.uk, us should use the .com, other countries should use the one applicable to them). I hope this helps someone.

I've ordered huge amount of cosmetics from Stylevana on 15th of March 2023.
After multiply contact attempt with crappy auto-messages, they replied on 12th of May that I need to wait up to 3 weeks to ship some of products. I've waites longer. Almost 4 weeks passes by, there was no answer from them regarding my messages.
I asked them one last time if my order would be shipped asap or I would like to cancel it. If I'd not receive reply from them as soon as possible, I will contact my bank to start procedure of chargeback, as 3 months of waiting for my order is way too long.
I'm so mad about this company. It's my second order, I remember that there's need to wait, but this time it went too far. Their 'customer service' is ridiculos, treating people automatically.
I will report it as a scam if there would be no answer from them, as I feel robbed from almost 640 EUROS!
I regret that I've ever ordered something there and I feel it will end finally with chargeback...

Horrible communication and customer…
Horrible communication and customer service. I did not receive an order and when I contacted the support centre they initially did not respond for a month. When I finally got a response it was a generic email telling me to enjoy my products. Clearly no-one actually read my message. Really disappointing and I don’t think I will shop with them again.
