Amazing service. I placed the order online, confident about my choice. The next day, I had a call to arrange delivery already! This was 4 weeks before Christmas! I was impressed.
And he also encouraged me to look at swatches to make sure I was happy with me decision. These arrived within 2 days and I did end up changing the colour. Thank you so much for the service and helpful advice. Highly recommend.

we love the bed, it looks very good and solid

I have now bought three beds from Sueno and each time they have provided first class customer service. They will send out plenty of free samples to allow you to choose carefully and upon ordering online they contact you by phone to go over your order with you and give you a delivery date. Once you have a date you are contacted before that date with an approximate time. Their tracking tool is the most accurate I have seen and you can see exactly where your driver is and his eta. The lads who delivered the bed were polite and respectful. This company have been super helpful from start to finish and it was such a breath of fresh air dealing with them from a customer’s point of view.

Easy to order online this is the fifth headboard we have ordered and it’s beautiful. Exactly what we needed to finish off this bedroom. The process of ordering is very easy then they call to check details and organise a delivery date. The delivery drivers keep in good contact so we knew exactly when to expect drlivery

So I bought the bed 4 years ago! Brilliant price for the amazing quality of the bed. Even after 4 years the bed is like new. Its been dismantled 4-5 times and rebuilt, due to either house or bedroom move, and its still solid. I recently had cause to contact customer service and despite the fact i bought the bed 4 years ago they were so helpful, going above and beyond what I expected.

We had an app to track real time delivery time which was brilliant and the delivery guys were great, set up the beds in each room quickly

I needed a custom height headboard because of a low bed base and it was perfect. The finish is superb too. This is a second purchase as my partner bought one and I loved the quality. Absolutely recommend their headboards

Absolutely delighted with both the headboards we bought. The service was 2nd to none. A customer service person checked that the order was correct and that we had received samples of the materials prior to ordering. When they arrived, they were unpacked and connected to the bed at all the packaging was removed. They are truly beautiful and well worth the money.
