Item didnt show up to packing center
I didn’t like that one of my items that I ordered did not come to the packing center in time. I very much hope I get a refund as they were pretty expensive.

Damaged items
I picked up my package arround half a month ago and it came really damaged. I ordered some shoes and they were so beat, unwearable like they were used. Dont think i will be using sugargoos services again

Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would this is the worst website I have ever purchased from ever. I bought 6 pairs of shoes 2 months ago a week after I bought the 6 pairs I found out that 4 of the pairs were out of stock so it makes no sense that it let me buy it in the first place just wasted my time and money because I had to wait for it to get refunded in to my account. Now I come to check because i still haven’t received my package and I find out that I had to pay a second fee for the shipping which is so dumb that that should even be a thing any other major and small online websites includes the shipping price in the total at checkout, I now found out that the shipping is over $100 when the shoes I got were only $35 so now I want to refund it and I am told that it’s too late for me to refund it. This is the worst experience I have ever had on online shopping. I will never buy from here again and I will make sure to tell everyone I can to never shop from here EVER!!!
