Crystal Moye rocks!!! For the first time since I became a client I finally got someone on the phone that seemed to care about my frustration with the program. She handled all my issues with the lack of attention I received when I was being sued by Wolf and Associates in regards to my Lendmark Financial account. She is a great human being and if you hired the rest of you staff with the same skill set and humanity that she had you guys would make your clients a whole lot happier! She was a great comfort to me and you all should really thank her for personally keeping me I. Your program! She is freaking awesome!
I only hope that I have not made a mistake here allowing you all to handle this financial situation for me. I still feel a bit apprehensive about staying in the program and really am not sure where the 4k that I have put into the program has gone. But she calmed me down and made me at least feel better about my decision.
If I have anymore issues though I will be pulling myself from the program and taking action on getting my money back!
Thanks Crystal! You are great at your job and I appreciate you handling my situation with caring and professionalism! You are a great asset to WYO.
