I am very happy with the results that the Summit team did,especially with my negotiator Almalika Lemon, I just got off the phone with Almalika and she informed me that all my accounts have been settled. This is an amazing job completed in less than 30 days of receiving my accounts. Almalika explained all the details and emailed me the list of settled accounts. This is truly "customer service" at its best. Thank You Summit Law firm, and thank you Almalika.

I called to ask a question regarding faxes to Summit Law Firm about letters received from a creditor. Andrew Connelly was very good about taking the time to explain to me why I am probably still getting letters from this creditor. I understand the process of Summit Law Firm much better now than I knew what was happening before I talked to him.

Summit Law Firm has been working with our creditors to achieve a debt consolidation for the last 10 months. The first offer just came through which I accepted, others to follow. Very good Customer Service department- always great communication when I've called them.

I recently closed my accout with this company since they take forever to contact my creditors and all my creditors are still calling me since they are saying that they havent received any communication from summit law firm. I just contacted my creditors individually and settled with them so I closed my account with summit. I put in over $450 with them but I only got $97 back. They are saying it went to the fees, it just felt so unfair because they didnt even do anything. They basically stole my money. Don’t be fooled just call your credit card companies they have better programs to pay off debts.

Right now, this company said My husband could call and skip a payment. We had some really trying situations the past month.
He called a week ahead, recorded the call with the CSRep... here they still took out the money! My husband’s credit tanked! Filing bankruptcy would be better dealing with s company that waits six months to pay anything toward bills! We’ve been scammed!

About 3 months ago i signed a contract with Summit Law Firm. My first (Octobers)payment did not go throw. I called them and asked what's wrong? they told me: don't wary this is just system problem,lets reschedule your payment and by that time we will fix a problem. Till today the problem is not fixed. I call every week to check status. Till today they cant fix it.They even cant explain why and when it will be fixed! AMEX made a report for me to the collection agency because nobody working on my case! My credit score is under 500.So never never deal with with company! Horrible customer service!

I have (per their instructions) permission for them to withdraw over $1,300 from my checking account each month, but have yet to receive a single copy of any of the paperwork I signed from this company. I have also not been given a copy of what debt accounts they will be working with. I am disappointed.
