Went to try on some glasses for holidays and realised how little I know about lenses, Glen was amazing. Such a great experience, skipped out the door

I had two pair of glasses fixed clubmaster & a pair of badly damaged ysl both frames fixed and reshaped. Both look brand new again. I dealt with Glen who was very helpful! I would happily recommend to anyone looking to have their glasses fixed in sunglasses.ie.

Ordered a pair of sunglasses and didn't hear a thing for 9 days, when I eventually rang them, they told me a massive delay had happened and they could't let me know when they would arrive in. Very poor experience all in all - no option to collect in store as the glasses were not even in stock.

Ordered Two Pairs of Flexon Frames at a bargain price I think less than a third of the cost of what I originally paid for my Flexons years ago...I was called to update me on the order and They arrived spot on the 10 day dispatch timeline via DPD this morning. Delighted with the service. Thank you

Glen was super helpful, quick service

Just went into the shop on Dawson street about my sunglasses and was greeted by Glenn. He told me the cost and that I could collect them early the following week but I told him I was going on holiday tomorrow that’s it’s okay I’ll get them fixed another time, but Glenn told me that if I wanted he could stay late after work and fix them for me if I wanted to collect them later on. So I went back in after closing time and Glenn had them ready for me. Top man doing me, someone he had never met before such a big favour. Goes to show what a gent he is.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Left my glasses in to be fitted with prescription lens in May and was told by Robert Lamb they would definitely be ready for collecting by a certain date in june as i needed them for a holiday. They never arrived by the agreed date. Got a phone call from Robert Lamb while on the holiday to tell me they were ready for collection but when i returned the guy in the shop couldn't find them. Called back 3 days later and still no sign of the glasses or Robert Lamb. As of 30/07 absolutely no communication from Robert Lamb or anyone at sunglasses.ie. Had to open a chargeback dispute with visa to get my money back but they still have my original Oakley frames. Taking legal action.

Fantastic service from Glen. 2 pairs of broken Ray Bans restored to perfect condition, on time and at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended

The service was excellent. I left with some marks on my sunglasses and they returned them to me completely like new within an hour. 100% recommended.

I ordered lenses to replace Ray Ban lenses for sunglasses. All handled through WhatsApp and I called to the shop to have them fitted which was done immediately. Excellent service. Thanks to Glen for all his help!
