We were so grateful to have used Sure Removals for our move. We were going from Essex to Northumberland and the move date wasn’t fixed until 2 days before but they were so calm and professional it took a huge stress off.
On the day Mike, George, Silvio and Armando were incredibly professional and adaptable - our sellers hadn’t moved out fully so it made moving in very tricky! The team were brilliant and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I had the best experience from start to finish. Never again will I stress with a van and a well-meaning friend.

The two guys were brilliant. Thoughtful and professional. They know their stuff - my sofa came apart and together again in a matter of minutes - and I was in my new place 2 hours later.

Mike and George were absolutely amazing- very strong, efficient and friendly. It’s quite stressful to move places but they made that experience more pleasant. I hope I’ll not need to move anywhere anytime soon but would use sure removal service again

Liam and the team he'd deployed to help me move were amazing. The team, Andy, Paul, Mike and George were kind, considerate and efficient. They were punctual. and there was continual communication throughout the move. The main thing, the team made me feel safe and secure during the transition between the old and new homes.

I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to anyone who wishes to have less stress on their home move.

We contacted Sure Removals for our recent house move. The communication was good and they were very accommodating and flexible with our changing move date at short notice.

The team arrived promptly at 8am and packed the house up very quickly.

We were surprised to be told that there was no room in the vans for any of our garden items. A full list of items was sent in advance of booking (including garden items) so it was very disappointing that there was no space for them in the vans. We called the office multiple times to see if we could find a solution. We were told that the person dealing with our move was on the phone and would call us back. However 3+ hours passed and there was no communication (this was on our moving day).

We had to arrange with our buyer to visit our house after completion to retrieve our items, as there were no spare vans that Sure Removals could send. This added an extra layer of stress and anxiety to an already stressful moving day.

The movers were quick at unloading, but did not take much care for boxes marked fragile. They were also smoking and we could smell smoke on our clothes by the end of the day.

I highly recommend this services is a reliable, professional company and suite all budgets.

Sure Removals were fabulous. Hussein and Liam in the office were very helpful and easy to communicate with. The quote was clear and easy to understand and Hussein was able to book us a date at fairly short notice. The removal men were fast, efficient and polite. Our move with Sure Removals went very smoothly. We were looking for someone at short notice after our completion date slipped, and I'm glad we found Sure Removals who provided us with a full packing service and removal. Mike, George, Marius and Robert were excellent - packing service was completed in an afternoon, they arrived at 8.30 on moving day to give us plenty of time, and they handled our belongings with care and attention. Likewise Liam and Hussien were very responsive to our enquiries.

I engaged with Liam at Sure Removals and nothing was an issue. I’d had a poor experience recently and was nervous. Absolutely no reason to be at all - Mike, George and Andrew were brilliant. Arrived bang on time and went beyond what was expected to make sure the move worked.

They were very good with my antique and collected furniture and conscious of space and flooring. All round good guys with a good sense of humour and hard working.
