I received my payouts in minutes

Branded Surveys replied to this public review acting like they wanted to resolve the issue, asking me to email their support team directly. I did exactly what they asked. Their response? They immediately sent me the EXACT SAME copy-pasted, automated rejection email refusing to release my $73. Do not fall for their public replies on Trustpilot. It is a fake PR tactic to make themselves look good to potential users reading these reviews. They have absolutely no intention of actually investigating or returning the funds they confiscated.

[ORIGINAL EXPERIENCE]
I was an active user of Branded Surveys and spent a significant amount of my personal time legitimately completing surveys to accumulate a balance of $73. The exact moment I finally attempted to withdraw my hard-earned money, my account was suddenly flagged, blocked, and permanently closed.
When I contacted their customer support to find out what happened, I received a generic, automated template from an agent named "Brianna." The email stated my account was closed for an unspecified "Terms of Service violation" and that my entire $73 balance was completely forfeited. They refused to provide any proof, point to a specific rule I supposedly broke, or allow any sort of appeal or escalation. They simply stonewalled me and kept the money.
It is highly deceptive to let a user spend countless hours providing valuable market research data, only to ban them and seize their balance the second they try to get paid for their work.
If you are thinking about using Branded Surveys, be warned. You might put in days or weeks of work only to have your account permanently locked and your money taken right at the finish line without any explanation. Save your time, protect your data, and use a more reputable platform that actually pays its users.

Branded Surveys are almost always enjoyable. Points load up fast and pay outs are wonderful.

Payout is trivial compared to the time spent doing the surveys (<$1.00/hour)

Nothing great, efficient..yes….relatively simple process.

Overall it is not that bad. The only problem I have is with surveys not being available. I have contacted support on several occasions but the problem still persist.It will say that the survey is updating but it never does. I also sometimes have a problem with the survey after I finish the survey it will send me back to the dashboard. It will say I didn't qualify for the survey and only give me a few points. Instead of the actual value of the survey. When I contact support sometimes they correct it. Other times they don't.

Just a great way to earn some quick cash like for gas or something and a great pass time

I’m really impressed with Branded surveys. Firstly I find them transparent. Secondly I like the content of the surveys which are available. I find the points add up quickly, some reward more points than others do. I’ve never had a problem redeeming my points & always receive my gift cards promptly. I highly recommend Branded surveys, you can complete as little or as many as you like. They are enjoyable & a great way to get vouchers.
