Lot's of different types of surveys to…

Lot's of different types of surveys to suit every taste. Clear signposting as to what you've achieved each week and when you cash in, payments are very efficient and swift.

You can download the app on to your phone or complete surveys from your laptop.

If you have any issues, they are very prompt at responding and resolving problems.

Overall

Overall, it is a very good experience. However, there have been many, many times where I have spent 15+ minutes doing a survey and then it says I do not qualify for the survey!! And I do not get any points!!! That is totally ridiculous for 15 minutes worth of doing a survey. If I don’t qualify, I should know within a minute or two at the very, very most.

Premium Surveys Bait & Switch

Updated Response to Branded Survey:

Receiving an email response confirms that I know how to report a survey issue — so walking me through the process was unnecessary and, frankly, dismissive. Rather than defaulting to a scripted reply, I'd encourage your team to take the time to truly comprehend the feedback being submitted, not simply read and respond to save face.

Since the update and the addition of “premium” surveys, Branded Surveys has declined significantly. I recently spent 30 minutes completing a 200-point survey, only to be told at 99% completion that the survey was full — and I was given just 2 points. Then today, I spent 20 minutes on a 123-point survey and received only a 3-point credit.

When I contacted support about the 200-point survey, I was given 50 points along with this response: “During the review process, our team analysts will factor in your submission as well as the survey report. Depending on the results, they will offer points accordingly — either full, partial, or no credit.”

That response is unacceptable. Survey takers are investing real time and effort, only to be repeatedly denied the rewards that were advertised. I’ve had enough of the excuses and inconsistencies. I genuinely wish everyone well, but Branded Surveys continues to fail the very people who keep the platform running: its survey takers.

I don’t like the fact you spend a bit…

I don’t like the fact you spend a bit of time, submit your answers only to be told the session has expired! This is so frustrating & makes me feel less inclined to do it all again. Sometimes, I get told that my answers are valid BUT not relevant! Why not?
