I bought two pieces in a very bad shape. They smelt like cigarettes and were of very bad quality. After using the dress once, the strap broke out of nowhere and is now useless. Expensive clothes, bad quality. Such waste!!

18 days since I ordered and still haven’t received my package

I ordered a few items the 9th of June and I still haven’t received any of the items. Even though the money was redrawn on the same day. If Susmie had informed me about their delivery issues from the start I would not have bought the items from them. The told me they would divide the order so I could get the first bit of the order as one dress was going to restock… however I haven’t received anything. Really disappointed with the service here and would not recommend others to buy from Susmie

Love love love !!!

Love love love !!!! I ordered a dress for my birthday and some jewellery and absolutely love the pieces I got! The only thing is that I live in the UK so got hit with import tax which I didn’t realise would be £56 so just be careful if you live in the UK ! But that’s completely on me and wouldn’t fault the business on that. I actually cancelled another order because of the import tax and Susmie’s was soooo nice about it and refunded me straight away. Love the pieces I got and can’t wait to wear them on my birthday xxx

Fake clasp on necklace charm

Bought a charm for my necklace and the clasp is sealed shut… almost like it’s a fake clasp? I can’t even use it. I have messaged the provided WhatsApp number with my order number but received no reply and it’s been a week. Also tried their instagram DM’s but you’re not allowed to message them - the messages failed to send. I would just like my money back/ some for of recognition from them since I can’t even use the item I purchased! Really disappointing experience.

Do not order if you're in the UK!
I didn't realise but all orders from EU countries to the UK over £135 incur an import tariff and then additional fees from the delivery company! Like other reviews, I was hit with a £48 charge! It's a shame as it seems Susmie encourages orders over this amount with 'free shipping' however you will end up paying way more with the tariffs!

*Edit - the customer service is excellent and gave me a quick refund once the order was returned. The Tariff’s could be clearer on the website, but also perhaps something the U.K. has to get used to now!

I paid 50 euros for a necklace and it loses its gold color. They wouldn't even give me my money back. When I sent them a mail with the information they said they could not return the money as it was later than a month that I sent the mail. However, I expect a necklace I pay 50 euros for to stay gold for longer than a month. The quality is not as they claim it to be: "gold plated". When you confront them with it, they only say I'm sorry but you did not send an email within a month.....

Very disappointed

Disappointed. Was rlly excited to order cus the quality seemed great. Received it and the quality wasn't as good as it seemed. Definitely spent all my bday money for no reason because the prices don't match the quality. My necklace was damaged so only had to return that. The shipping wasn't refunded so to get the same necklace again I would have to pay the shipping again. So for a broken necklace, I get a gift card and extra shipping costs. On top of that the gift card they gave me doesn’t cover the cost of the entire broken necklace 😍. And their customer service takes a while to reply.

Horrible quality

I love the products they sell and their aesthetic, however the quality is really poor. I bought my first necklace over Black Friday, I loved it, but approximately 4 weeks later it was already tarnishing and getting worse with the day. I hoped it maybe had to do with the black Friday hectic that quality had gone down. Customer service was really nice and sent me a new one and told me they were in touch with their suppliers. I was hopeful, but this necklace has once again extremely tarnished. My friend also has the same one and she has the same problem. It’s extremely unfortunate as they have beautiful designs but I have had €5 jewelry last longer.

Quality could be improved

I ordered two rings, a bracelet and a pair of earrings. The bracelet came in broken and the overall quality of the products could be improved. I would say the earrings are good, so if you like their style maybe go for those. However, they are a bit heavy.
I have to disagree with people saying the customer service is bad. I had a fast response and they were incredibly nice, so I am sure the brand will do great things with a new supplier. Overall, for now, I would not buy again, but very nice people.

Such beautiful unique pieces you can’t get anywhere else

I purchased the starfish ring from susmies and my sister purchased several rings and earrings. We both received our products in Australia (international shipping) within a week. The quality of these products is phenomenal for their price range. As well as their pieces are some the most unique I’ve ever seen/owned.
