They send me a wrong item in November and since then, I’m waiting for the refund of my money (over 200€). They don’t even answer my messages. Worst experience and costumer service ever.

I ordered the Fasion ring as a Christmas gift and it arrived with a stone that did not look the same as online. Contacted customer service and received an email that it was a manufacturing problem. An option to return was given, but I would be responsible for the outrageous fee. Love the ring, but don’t wanna get stuck with another one that has an odd Matte faded blue color, not the beautiful, bright blue of the Fasion ring online. Very disappointed as I’d like to support small companies.

Even though the jewelry I ordered is incredibly cute it is not of a good quality. But my biggest complain is with the companies return policy, especially for defected items. One of the lovely earrings I ordered was already wrecked when I opened my long waited parcel. I would like to return it, but it seems as though I have to pay over 110 danish kr, to send it back. That is in my believe not okay, when the earring is broken and unwearable.
I have tried mailing them, but haven’t got an answer jet. I do really want to support a women-owned company and as said the jewelry is absolutely beautiful. I just find my shopping experience to be very unpleasant.

I love the scarf I ordered, the shipping was super fast and arrived well packaged. The quality of the scarf is good and the materials are as listed on the website. The mohair is great and not too itchy actually which I was surprised by (its also super soft). However the mohairs do come off onto my coat sometimes, though it is not too much that it is noticable. Furthermore, I wore this scarf multiple times in rainy Dutch weather and it kept me warm and did not get ruined when it got wet which I was super happy about. In general I am happy with the product I received

I can’t comment on the quality as I am still waiting for my delivery. The problem has been customs. UPS have called me many times asking questions about the value of ‘free tote bag’ which is valued at £0 and they are having a problem with this. UPS have been totally disorganised, this is not the fault of Susmie, but something to flag for future orders. Update - UPS have sent me an email stating that I have to pay £45 taxes on delivery

Loved their aesthetic and branding, however the products are poor quality! For the price I paid, I expected a lot more. One ring was sharp around the edges and looked like I got it for 2€, the other one was "one size" (one size isn‘t very inclusive anyway) and even though my fingers are skinny it only ended up fitting my pinkie. The earrings were clips instead of regular earrings which was not visible in any of the pictures online. When i tried them on for more than 30 seconds, it got pretty painful too.

I ordered 3 scarves because I was in love with the color online - im definitely happy with the colors but I think the quality of the material is quite disappointing. The fabrics are already falling and sticking to things after one wear and it feels so thin / you can see the foundation of the scarf through the colors. I wish they were made higher quality for the price I paid :(

I LOVE the quality of my scarf, the vibrant colors the pattern. I already got a lot of compliments and I've been wearing it for 2 days :D I do wish it was packaged a bit more with care, this wasn't a regular scarf, I would've loved some more branded packaging that reflects how cool the brand is already ;) Also arrived pretty quickly to the Netherlands during Black Friday crazyness 🌟

I ordered two scarves and earrings for a total of 299 euros. However, I only received two rings (which I had never ordered before). I tried to contact their customer service but their email address is nowhere to be found. A big joke.

I’d been searching for a chunky wool scarf for a while. One day I saw on Instagram an advertisement of Susmie’s, checked the reviews on Trustpilot which turned out pretty good. That was a few days before Black Friday.
On Black Friday scarves costed 63€, had the -15% tag, for a moment the price dropped to 54€, but when added to the basket I saw 63€ again. I sent an e-mail to Susmie’s asking about that but was told that they can’t help me and I should try another browser. Since then I see the scarf for 76€. Still with a -15% tag but without any real discount. (Today is Cyber Monday, theoretically the discount still lasts)
I really like the scarf but feel cheated on and I’m not keen on buying it

Excellent quality, unique and very original models. Love the colors and the softness of all the scarfs!

DO NOT ORDER THERE. the quality is a joke. you can get jewellery like that at h&m. i orderd 3 rings - of them arrived already discolored. i also read from other people wearing them once and the gold was gone.
but what is even worse: before the order they always answered very quick and nice („hey queen“ blah blah) but since i ordered they do not answer my messages and emails. they also delete negative comments.
100€ for nothing.

EDIT: i got earings as an excuse. they are beautiful but probably won‘t also last long as the ring that looked good when it arrived also starts losing it‘s colour. only after a few weeks and i never leave it on while washing hands.
so i stay with my opinion: the quality is not good and i don‘t like products that you go to waste after a short time.

Received my package and I am obsessed!!! I was hesitant from ordering due to some of the reviews…
But, this brand is so unique and has beautiful pieces to add to your collection.Shipping was VERY fast ( I ordered 8/27/23 and received package 8/30/23. Keep in mind I am in the US so that’s a lot faster than what I expected!) and every time I reached out on instagram someone always contacted me & was always really sweet!

was really surprised when seeing the other reviews about shipping concerns as my package came from spain to uk quicker than uk based companies! originally was supposed to take about 5-7 days but only took 3 days. absolutely love the quality and packaging of the necklace i bought - very happy and please don’t be put off by the other reviews!

As with many other reviewers, I ordered my package 14 days ago, and according to tracking the courier have not even received the package. They have not responded to my second email asking for updates. This brand is a scam clearly.

Totally obsessed with their stuff! Can't get enough of their clothes and the jewelry? It's like outfit magic! Excited for their next creations💖
