Awful. They do not ship their items

Like other reviews here, Susmie do not ship their items. I also am in a situation where the shipping company is waiting for them to provide the item for shipping for the last 10 days.

They are careless when replying to emails and do not actually check anything in a careful manner.

Worst experience I’ve ever had

At the moment, this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. The first time I made my order on June 22, I paid for express delivery, but one of the products was on pre-order, so they didn’t ship my order in the 24-48h as I paid for. Then I emailed to see if there was any problem, and they explained everything in time, and I understand.
On June 30, I received an email from the company there saying that there was a problem with another item and I had two options, I could exchange the product for another or refund the money.
I really want that item. If I accept the refund, I will order the item again and pay more for new shipping. So I’m the one who loses. I explained this in an email sent on June 30; today, July 4, they haven’t answered yet.

The brand leaves much to be desired

The brand leaves much to be desired, they have a great image that makes you want to buy the product but once you receive it, it is very disappointing, the packaging is terrible, the jewels were loose in a shipping bag, nothing worked, not to mention the quality of the earrings, I personally expected a nice gold for what I was paying and I received some earrings that seem more white than gold, I think the price is 10 times what that jewel should be. In conclusion totally disappointed with the brand

I ordered a pair of earrings and paid…

I ordered a pair of earrings and paid for 3-5 working days delivery on the 14th March. To date, I still havent received the earrings and when I track the order it says the courier has not even got the package. I have emailed Susmies 6 times since and they say they cannot do anything about it (not even refunding the £9 shipping cost which would be the bare minimum customer service) and that they are talking to their logistics team. My latest email was not even replied to. Really disappointing experience and would not be buying from here again and as such would not recommend

SO DISAPPOINTED

I've always wanted to get something from susmie's and finally bought a ring from there! so so so disappointed with it!!! it's cheap, terrible quality! the ring broke after having it on me for 5 minutes. do not recommend!!!

So disappointed

I discovered Susmies on Instagram and I felt in love with their brand image (beautiful jewels, girls, photos, songs, etc) They build a real brand identity and I loved that.
But how terrible was my buying experience:
- I ordered 3 rings on their website. More than 30€ each. 3 weeks ago, 2 of them had already lost their gilding. So I ask for another one for free but It exactly did the same.
- The third ring broke 6 months after

I always removed them to wash my hands. But only by holding a glass of water (humidified on the external part of the glass), can use their jewels.

Also, by ordering from France it costs 25€. So expensive!
I hope one day they’ll make better quality jewel so I can buy it again.
Go your way. So disappointed.

We are so sorry that you had a negative experience with us. Due to the nature of the materials we use in our jewelry we recommend to not expose them to liquids or any harmful substance. Nevertheless, its is not normal that it happened to everything you bought... we are so sorry!!

Regarding the shipping costs, we are unsure when you bought from us but our shipping costs to France are of 13€ for regular orders and for orders above 120€ it's free shipping!!

Once again, we are really sorry. We put a lot of hard work into our brand and it makes us really sad that your experience wasn't very positive.
