Work carried out by Russell yesterday and was amazing with the process of taking care of the fish and the pond itself! Last year I suffered from a bad infestation of blanket weed in the pond that I could not control. In March this year Doug and Russ carried out a full clean of my pond and filters removing all the blanket weed. They also brought along several large tanks to keep the seven large koi and store half the water from the pond, about 10,000 L, to limit the amount of fresh water required to top up.
It was a full days work and they kept at it all day. The result is excellent and the pond is still clear of blanket weed, I shall be using the treatment that Doug recommended if it returns.
They are both very polite and friendly people and I would highly recommend them.

Doug and Russell provided a thoroughly professional service throughout. The pond clean and plant tidy has made a significant difference, and the pond pump/fountain looks great. All work carried out within a day and the site left clean and tidy. Thank you.

Moving home is challenging enough without having to move a pond full of fish ( 70 in total) The service provided by Doug and his team took all the stress away from that! The work was done efficiently and our fish are swimming around happy in their new home. An excellent service and highly recommended.

The guys emptied and cleaned our pond, then re-arranged our aquatic fronds and fitted a fountain. The work is immaculate and we are thrilled. Professional, tidy and informative - we have learnt Pond-Care 101 from the best!

Doug and Russel have been absolutely amazing from start to finish. They emptied, re-lined and updated my gross old pond into something that actually looks really beautiful.

They communicated with me every step of the way, listened to every single request I had (even the ridiculous unreasonable ones) without ever making me feel like it was too much. They were very communicative about any extra costs involved in any surprises and were extremely reasonable.

The team did an excellent job emptying, cleaning and restoring our large pond back to its glorious former self. Absolute pleasure having Doug and Russell about the garden, doing a major revamp of our pond. using Purbeck walling stone they created a back margin with waterfall and a shapely spillway feature from a smaller top pond, tastefully blending the two with a rockery at the back. They both take great pride in their work with close attention to detail, consulting me at every stage. Plants in crevices helping to give a mature finish. Pond plants pruned and repotted. Power relocated to new outlet for pump. Newts and frogs carefully preserved & returned. Thorough clean up before departure. Professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy a reliable.

As a pond novice I put my faith and trust in Doug and Russ and I was not let down. From point of first contact to the completion of the job they were fantastic. They explained all the options and talked me through the progress. 100% recommended.

Doug and Russell did a terrific job of clearing, re-lining and updating my mum’s outdated pond and rockery. They worked around dodgy weather and adapted well to issues they uncovered as they worked through the job. We were all delighted with the result which is a much more relaxed setting. They gave us good practical advice about planting and maintenance. Mum’s regular gardener commented that the final effect was a massive improvement and noted that they had left the garden and lawn immaculate. Highly recommended!
