I also agree with Lisa. I ordered the spin scrubber and only received the heads (what good are the heads without handle). I’ve emailed them 4 times and still no response. What cowboys they are. Does anyone know if you can order the handle alone but certainly not from Swanation 😩

Ordered a necklace that they were advertising on Facebook, wish I hadn't have bothered as the description was untruthful and misleading. Would avoid this site if possible. I'm not one for bad mouthing companies especially at these hard times but just want to be honest. However they did give me 50% off after I contacted them with my complaint.

Absolutely appalling swindle. False advertising - the wording of products is very loose so you think your getting what is advertised but you do not. I ordered an electric scrubber but just got 3 replacement heads.

This company should be closed down.

I too have ordered a product from them at a cost of £46.87p and despite enquiries via email have not received it. It seems I’ve been scammed as well. Wish I had checked the reviews now.😂

like everebody who purchased the electric spin scrubber with only three brushes scam can we get our money back with chargback from our bank

Placed an order and have not received the goods. The website is no longer available and the email address I used from their confirmation bounced back. I paid by credit card so hoping I can get my money back. I believe if you contact your bank they can possibly refund you as you have paid for goods not received, however they may only be applicable to credit cards. Anyway looks like people have been scammed.

So...one week later my product arrived, the box was a bit battered but the items were in order and everything worked. It’s an ok product, definitely not as good as described on the video, but it works efficiently enough.

avoid this site at all costs no way of making contact with them ordered this item and got the brushes but no handle been trying to make contact with them without success, a big scam. if anyone has a phone number please contact me on 07487529529

Do not buy any products from this firm. You will find it hard to contact them. I only received 3 brush heads instead of the whole thing and cannot use it. what a waste of money.

Like a number of other reviewers, I too have received 3 brush heads when I thought I was ordering the the whole cleaner.

Bought what I thought was a electric spin clean just got three spare heads this is a scam no way of contacting them.

Well, I bought an electric spin scrubber with additional brushes 10 days ago & nothing has arrived. I've just emailed them & the email bounced. You can't even find Swanation website, its obvbeen closed down. Thats £20 I won't see again...

I too have only recieved 3 replacement brushes. but they are no good to me without the rest of it. I too wish i had looked up the reviews beforehand. what a scam.

Don't ever use this site its a con and sites now disappeared so its definitely something not right we all need to call trading standards cos these people shouldn't be able to get away with this i only gave them 1 cos i had to give em something but actually im giving em -1000 cos like others only got three replacement pads nothing else but advert says u get whole thing just so not happy it just upsets me its not right so upset with em was a present for someone beware they are what it says trust me i wouldn't recommend em to an ant let alone a human they have ruined my mums Christmas present and reviews ive seen on facebook are terrible there everywhere on amazon Facebook there just so blasé about it too its disgusting really it is ive called trading standards who told me who to contact will let u know how i get on

Like other reviews we received just 3 brushes. Nothing else. Just emailed them. Big scam. Should be reported to Trading Standards. Would NEVER recommend them.

A scrubbing brush with a pole supposed to work electrically, was advertised by Swanation for £14.99. I received the package today, and there were just three brushes in it (which you could buy anywhere for 50p ), without the electrical pole to operate it. It is almost impossible to deal with their automated customer service, to arrange a return. I am being asked to return the package to China at my own cost. (When they advertised the product, they gave the impression it is from the UK ). I believe this is a rogue company, out to scam and defraud. They do not even deserve a 1 rating. Avoid them at all cost.
