Happy with the product but 5 weeks wait is a bit too long
After posting this, as a gesture of good will I have received a refund. ‘Probiotics ordered on 11th May arrived on 15th June. Estimated delivery was 19th May - 1 June.
Contacted them twice and both times I received an automatic reply.’

Maybe its because of the pandemic but my order from Amercica didn't arrive to me in London. 1 month after my order was placed I emailed customer services 3 times on three consecutive days and after 4 days i got a reply which requested I be patient. Don't think ill order again from them as I was refused a refund.

Following my review on Trust pilot, I received an email from Ginny at Swanson customer services who requsted I amend my review rating as my refund has now been issued. Its been over 6 weeks now since I placed my order and the item has not arrived , so I'm happy at least that finally my refund was authorised. However, I do feel that I shouldn't have had to leave an awful review to gain an appropriate outcome for a purchase that did not arrive.
