Site well organized with good search filters so you don’t have to slug thru to find what you want.

Honestly i was a bit sketchy at first only because i didnt know what to expect which is natural, i bought an oculus for my girlfriend thinking it was a scam until the seller was guiding me through his delivery process, let me know everything that was going on and checking to see if i got my product. and when i got it (took only two days)it was working perfectly, it was like it was never even used. 10/10

I had tried selling electronics on other platforms and would constantly be low-balled by prospective buyers. On Swappa, I can name my price and not worry about that. My items sold relatively quickly, and for the price I wanted. The listing process was straightforward and quick. Swappa is very quick with their approval or a request for more information on your listing. I’m very happy with my Swappa experience and plan to list more items.

For pre-owned tech Swappa is my go-to. Usually a great selection and priced appropriately. Bought and sold a lot here and its been a great experience.

I bought an S24 Ultra (unlocked) on Swappa. My first purchase. It was listed as mint condition, although after reading the sellers comments, he said it was new in the box, but Swappa would not let him list it as new as he had opened the box to verify the IMEI numbers matched. He also included a new Otterbox and screen protector.
When it arrived,UPS, it was nicely packaged and just as described by the seller. I have only had the phone for 2 days, but so far my Tmobile sim has worked fine, as have all the things I have been able to test on the phone so far.
This phone was bought from a private seller as opposed to some refurbishing places that sell thousands of phones on Swappa. I don't know how much of a difference that makes. I know some sellers have mentioned problems with PayPal in releasing money in a timely fashion. It comes out of the buyer's PayPal account the second you push the icon to buy the phone.
I would suggest anyone buying or selling, to read everything on the Swappa site so you know exactly how things work.
As far as my purchase, so far, so good. I feel like I found a needle in a haystack in finding a brand new S24 Ultra 2 years after it's release, at a price far below the few new ones I have seen in online stores.
Swappa will be my new site for buying a phone. I had been using ebay for years, but in the last 2 years have received 2 phones that had problems and not " new in box" as stated. I know anyone can receive a phone with a problem, but feel Swappa does their due diligence in vetting sellers and products.
