The purchasing experience was great!

The whole process went very smoothly. I really appreciate how the website verifies the quality of devices, encourages easy communication with the seller, and helps you find phones at very reasonable prices. The delivery service was slightly slow, but the package did cover a great distance. Certainly, this was one of the best online electronic purchasing experiences I've ever had. Would recommend!

Always a 5 star experience

I always have a 5 star experience when buying phones on Swappa. Everything on Swappa is easy, from viewing the listings, to paying, to keeping in contact with the seller, to tracking your package. Every step of the way I know if I ever needed help, a Swappa team member would be there to help. This is the best service I have ever used for buying phones online and I trust them completely. That's because I've never had a bad experience buying on Swappa.
