I have used SWAU numerous times over the last several years for send-in as well as convention and authentication services. I have always been completely satisfied with their services as well as their customer service. I have found their prices for autographs and authentication as reasonable as anyone in the business, and will definitely be using them much more in the future. At the recent ECCC I was able to get a poster with 30 signatures and a batch of signed action figures authenticated at a fair price in a short time. Highly recommend!

SWAU is the gold standard, nobody else comes close. Absolutely the best there is, including number 1 customer service in the business.

SWAU is my favourite autograph company to deal with period. They are simply the best in the business and their customer service is exemplary. I have bought everything from Star Wars autographs to Robert Downey Junior and beyond. My most recent experience has been with the Anthony Hopkins signing due to go ahead. I think o purchased back in November. This month I changed my mind on photo options and wanted to add some more detail and it was nothing more than a simple email and all was done with no fuss or issue. I also during a Matt Smith signing asked for a photo that wasn’t even offered and they created the photo especially for me. Like all companies sometimes the in can go wrong that’s not in their control, like a guest missing a character name that you’ve paid for, but as soon as SWAU have been made aware they’ve refunded me, apologised and before now I’ve had a gift card. I love everything about them and would recommend anyone thinking about going into the autograph collection area to use these guys as they’re full of knowledge but most importantly passion, about the guests, the business and their customers!

Offers great opportunities for signatures through send ins. This is very helpful to me as I do not attend the conventions myself. Also, very informative about the autograph experience. And, quite helpful with authentication of previously signed items. Thank you SWAU.

I trust SWAU to always be looking out for the best of the customer/collector. Communication is great, packaging is great and they bring some of the best names to be able to get autographs from. The quick opinion has saved me several times from wasting my money on fakes. Thank you!

I’ve been using SWAU since it was run out of some dude’s garage. I’ve had all good experiences. They have helped me obtain autographs that were previously impossible to get without stalking celebs at fried chicken restaurants. Some of the signings do take a while, but what can they do if they’re trying to work with an extremely busy person? Overall though, I highly recommend them.

I used their auction site. I have consigned items to them and was happy with the turn around. I have also bid on items and all went great there as well

For any autograph collector fan out there, SWAU is the best! Literally the gold standard in the autograph and private signing industry! From the best prices, customer service and best autographs offered in the world!
They also run a month auction where you can find rare items and sometimes can snag stuff for crazy low prices that you wouldn’t be able anywhere else!

They are legit but terrible business people. Signings take months and often get postponed without notice. I sent them a “Stranger Things” poster to be signed by Winona Ryder. This was months ago. I also need it signed by Finn Wolfhard who is appearing at a show next month. Since the Ryder signing is delayed, I asked SWAU if they could return the poster temporarily with me paying for shipping. They said it would be a $50 charge and I would have to skip the Ryder signing. So unbelievably unhelpful. All communication is done by email. There is no phone number to call. Never doing business with them again.

Worst company! Ordered a product in Nov for a Christmas Delivery for my Military brother who was coming in for Christmas from overseas! I received not correspondence ! I reached out to them to see when I could expect my purchase and I was told that it would not be delivered in time for Christmas! I have no gift now for my brother! I wish I would have checked the reviews first! Worst Company EVER!

Scammers. I sent two pictures first one was of signature second the book which captured my socks..
Guess what I got authenticated of my socks are you kidding me. When I sent them email they did the signature it was the same automatic type authentication. Asked for the money back as how can you authenticate my socks and the will not give me their address. Do NOT USE THIS SERVICE. It’s not work a star or a penny.

My item was handled very poorly. It arrived in terrible condition. They didn't put any care into it. It also didn't have the Beckett Witness Authentication that I paid for. I feel that refund for something like this should have been automatic on their part. It's also worth mentioning that they didn't get the pen color right. Prior to ordering, I asked if I can have it signed with an orange paint pen. They confidently answered "Of course!". Maybe right then and there, already mention that the pen color is not guaranteed. This company really lacks integrity.

I recently attended a comic con that was officially partnered with SWAU. I was unable to get confirmation that the celebrity I wanted to see there was doing signings at the con, so I sent in the item I wanted signed through this service just to be sure I got the autograph.
I had heard online that there was likely to be a long wait before getting my item back, but I was okay with a wait. I ended up getting the item back just under a month after the con. I don't know if they've gotten faster or if I just got lucky, but it was a nice surprise.

My entire experience was extremely positive! The print I sent in got a tiny nick during shipping. I got an email letting me know what happened with a picture attached. They asked if I wanted to send in a replacement to be signed that wasn't damaged, which I opted to do. It was a very much appreciated and nice gesture that guaranteed that I got my item back in perfect condition.

Overall I had a fantastic experience using this service! I got my print signed exactly like I wanted and got it back quickly and in perfect shape. I will absolutely be using SWAU in the future if it's an option.

Fine if you don't mind waiting a minimum of 2 months, usually longer. Great for getting auto's if you're unable to attend events in person

Beware! Zero stars They have 2 thousand dollars of my money and it has been over 6 months and NO AUTOGRAPH! Customer service answers with one liner excuses and has no contact phone number. First reason covid second reason get this - he is a movie star he is busy lol. I explained that is why I am paying your company- Third reason after claiming it would be spring now they claim summer still no autograph. But yet they collected my money.

You pay alot of money for this company to provide the autograph you want, and personalisations are extra. In my case they did not ensure I got the personalisation, which was the main reason I made the purchase in the first place. (I actually had messaged them with a specific request which was confirmed and I was billed and paid even more.) I did get a refund on the personalisation. But now i have a very expensive autograph that will frustrate me every time i look at it. Would have been cheaper just to buy from a dealer at a convention, the end product would be the same. Very disappointing.
