Absolutely the best customer service, and there is no group more trustworthy when it comes to a piece of mind for authenticity on an item.

I have had several great experiences with SWAU both with sending in items to be signed and having photos they provide signed. They always take great care of my items, pack them well and have outstanding customer service.

Swau saved me on making a big mistake on a me buying a what was found out to be a fake Carrie fisher autograph they provided a quick response and I always enjoy the monthly Star Wars mystery autographs as well

I've done many send-in and pre-order autographs from SWAU over the last few years. Every item has been signed exactly as I wanted and they are very good at keeping people updated weekly with their signings. Some of the signings I've participated in are Anthony Hopkins, Sarah Natochenny, Matthew Lillard and Jack Quaid.

One thing to keep in mind in dealing with any autograph promoter and especially ones offering non-convention autographs, they will potentially take months. It's not the company's fault for the delays most of the time but rather the lowest priority for the celebrity.

I used them three times for their send in services. The first time went great. The second time, they couldn’t find my item but then it turned up thankfully. The third time, they lost my item. They did reimburse me the cost of the item. But I no longer trust them.

Attended Toyrobotfest in Los Angeles, CA. I had Gregg Berger signed Grimlock and Keone Young autographed Stormshadow. I saw Swau booth and had them authenticate both autographs. Won and Done in 10mins. Basic fee of $10 per autograph. Satisfied..

Great company, top notch in service for everything in the autograph hobby. I've placed numerous orders with swau and always received items in superior packaging, if there was ever an issue it was handled promptly and professionally. I will continue to be a customer of SWAU.

Always have a good experience with SWAU. I have been a VIP member since they opened it up and have been more than pleased with the experience: the ability they have to get great named talent; guarantee that I can get character names or personalization or quotes even if for an extra fee (this is the way things are these days and I'm just grateful I can get the guarantee by paying extra instead of hoping they'll have time at a show); the safe way they package my items and get them to me; the very friendly and informative customer service; the great availability of quality photos or posters from the talent's career; and so much more. They are great to talk with and willing to help out. I highly recommend giving them a try. Most trusted sellers I have encountered (and I've tried others who have made me wait for years only to lose my invoice or cancel the signing altogether).

I different companies that offer autograph services and none of them have come close to the experience of dealing with SWAU. They are professional and always communicative along the process I have numerous nightmare stories from dealing with other companies and I’m glad when assigning I wish to participated is big run by SWAU.

Preordered a 16x20 photo, to get signed at LACC, received super fast and in immaculate shape. Signed by two office actors. Also had 3 Ahsoka actors sign a poster, at the same event. Signatures came out great, in the spot requested and in the requested color. Thanks SWAU! A+++

SWAU is the tops!! I have been using SWAU's various services since 2017/2018 and have never trusted an autograph company so implicitly with sending in my cherished and/or valuable signed posters.

I have also worked with SWAU Auctions as a consignor of movie props and as a consultant/expert for movie prop authentication (via my company The Horror & SciFi Prop Preservation Association) and can fully say, from all I saw, they have the utmost integrity and honesty in what they do.

Been using SWAU since I discovered them on Facebook. Instantly became a VIP member and have never been disappointed with their service. Autographs may take awhile but that's on the celebrity not SWAU. Will continue to use them for years to come

This company is amazing. I found them just over two years ago and since then have been blown away by their service, prices, customer service, member perks and talent they bring in.
