TAKE YOUR MONEY DON'T SEND ITEM
Emailed, WhatsApped, called - nothing! Took my money and just decided not to send me my item. Currently in contact with my bank as have opened a fraud issue because they've essentially kept my money and chosen not to send my item.

I don’t know what it was but I placed an order, the money left my account but the order was not accepted. It was then refunded to me. I was really looking forward to my sweets just to find out they got cancelled without a reason.

The order was sent a day late with no real explanation. I ordered at 6:15 am so should have been sent the same day. I ordered this bag for my autistic daughter for Easter as she’s not keen on chocolate and chose 6 of the items I know she likes to go in the bag! One of the items was not included with no explanation or response when contacting them about it! I was really annoyed as this one item was her favourite. I’m more annoyed with the lack of communication!

Wrong sweets and no customer service to take this up with
Ordered the 1kg bag which you can pick up to 10 sweets of your choice, the bag arrived with only 1 of the sweets I chose and the rest were just fizzy sweets. I HATE fizzy sweets! What a waste of money!! To make things worse they have no customer service whatsoever and don't reply to emails.
