Not satisfied at all
I ordered and paid £5 postage for next day delivery (in time for Easter) but the sweets arrived (at an address we are no longer at) 5 days later. All emails asking for a refund or for the items to be sent to our home address were ignored. The sweets are always nice but this is the second time customer service has been awful.

Half an order missing and they aren't bothered . Say all boxes are photographed before they are sent out which they obviously aren't. They ignore messages and WhatsApp chat and don't seem to bother once they've got your money . Defo wouldn't buy from here again
