I heard about it online, and it lived up to the hype, I also love watching the videos of the girl filling the 5 kg buckets up.

I recently placed my first order. I had so much fun choosing my own sweets. There were so many options and the website was super easy to navigate. I love watching all your videos on YouTube and tiktok, watching you put together orders makes the experience of purchasing so fun!

I ordered 2 times, both being 5KG buckets, got to pick my own sweets and they was amazing! They even packed one of my orders on a video for their social media, quick delivery and lovely customer service! Recommend to family and friends!!! Thank you again xx

I recently tried the *Everything 'n' Anything Mix* from Sweet Mouthful Mixes, and it was fantastic! The variety of candies was perfect—there was something for everyone, from fizzy to gummy to chocolate. Every piece was fresh and bursting with flavor. I love that you can get different sizes, and the 1kg bag was more than enough to share with friends (or keep to myself!). Their fast delivery and excellent service sealed the deal. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

We have ordered a few times now and not disappointed! We have recently ordered the 5kg pick your own tub and the kids loved it not only for the yummy sweets but also for the novelty oh how big the "tub" of sweets where.
We have recommend family that have purchased too and all really please. Highly recommend.

Underwhelmed. It seems like they don’t give an equal measure of each sweet when you order an 5kg tub and its anll just thrown in to the packers discretion , in reality you should get 0.2kg per sweet so its clearly not measured. Sour cola belts it looks like they’d be cut into tiny squares so I didn’t get one belt, the big bubs I got 5 of each when I ordered two types. I got loads of things like shrimps, bananas and the tiny dolphins and some things I got like 5/6. I would also not recommend getting sherbet pips and I would take them off this to pack as they got stuck to every sweet and just melted. It was good I got extra of one sweet as something was out of stock but I’d have preferred an email rather than it be chosen for me.

I had purchased twice from this company before and it mostly went fine ( they tend to say things are shipped when they aren’t ) but otherwise my items were fresh and did arrive. This time has been a nightmare. I ordered 4 separate 1 kilo bags with 1 type of item in each bag. My USD total was over $120.00.
The day my shipment arrived June 6 what was sent was 1 500gram bag with the 3 items mixed. It is now June 19 there have been 10 emails back and forth asking for a refund, I was told they reshipped my order June 13 but so far have refused to send an actual tracking number and the site shows they have been out of stock of 1 item that should have been 2 kilos so how did they ship that? I have no tracking, no items no refund nothing but emails about “talking to the team”. I will be starting the charge back process and unfortunately will not purchase from this company again as they prefer to run you around instead of making things right. Items in the past have been good. Customer service seems to be some kind of game to them. Good luck to you if you purchase it will be a gamble if it’s sent correctly and they won’t fix it if they screw up. Also they don’t post the negative reviews left on their website as I see mine with pictures is not there, nor are there any negative reviews.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Paid £7 for next day delivery and didn’t receive that. I picked sweets myself for the pick and mix for them to be sour and they are just fizzy not sour. Which is false advertising. Asked for a refund and they aired the question said it wasn’t there fault. Won’t be ordering from them again and people need to look at the reviews before ordering

I ordered two buckets for international shipping, one 10kg Vegan mix and a 5kg mix of my own. Customer service was quick to respond to a question I sent regarding any replacements, and they were courteous.

Although some say the cost is high for these mixes, it doesn't compare to the US in how local wholesalers are selling bubs for $15-$25/lb (12-20gbp per 500g). If I bought some of the sweets varieties I got in my mixes from Sweet Mouthful Mixes, it would be at least 2x's the price and stale. US sellers do not sell fresh BUBS in my personal experience.
My sweets came out to ~7.30/lb USD including the shipping costs. It's a good deal for someone in the US to buy international sweets from international buyers instead of US sellers gouging the price here.

My sweets arrived in boxes that definitely saw some transit, but the buckets were safe, secure and sealed when I opened my package. It did take a day or two in customs and looks to have been opened for inspection but the buckets remained sealed.

My buckets both weighed more than the advertised weight, not just the weight of the buckets themselves. Both appeared "mixed" instead of layered, and I think it from the travel, and I'm not disappointed! At first glance, my 5kg mix had everything I selected, my 10kg vegan mix is a great variety and some things I'd never had before. Thankfully, there weren't any chocolates or fudge in my vegan mix (I think they would have melted).

All of my sweets are fresh. I did not experience any greasy appearances, or stale items. Some sweets are broken, but that's not something I personally care about. It's sweets, I'll eat them regardless!

From an international order perspective, this went great! The other Trustpilot reviews had me nervous, and I would most definitely order again with full confidence.

First time trying this sweet company and this will defiantly be the last time. Never again. In all the times I’ve received sweets they have never looked like the ones I have seen, looked like bites and chunks had been missing, must of been left in a tub for ages as they had gone all dis coloured, greasy and full off sugar that was just sitting at the top, not what they should be like if they where fresh. There was no care at all given. The sweets are just not the same as what the other companies are given. Even other people commented and was shocked with that they looked like. Go elsewhere and don’t bother, shocking customer service too with no care at all.

Used to order the 5kg buckets regularly. Standards have definately dropped not to mention huge price increase
I ordered another bucket on 14 feb. Still waiting. Apparently one minute it was shipped and the next it hasn’t? Chasing my money back from PayPal

I ordered 1kg of sweets made up of 2 items, cola bottles were not available so were swapped with bubblegum bottles. I thought they would've picked a replacement with cola flavour. The other item was apple & custard sweets, which had little to no flavour. I threw them away as I do not like bubblegum flavour & the other was tasteless. Dispatch & delivery were very fast & the sweets were fresh.

I had a problem with my delivery and the customer service when I tried to fix it was terrible. The response felt rude and sarcastic, and they stopped responding after my second email.
