Very poor customer service and product quality
I am highly disappointed with this company. I purchased three 5kg buckets for my three children for Christmas; two of which were damaged and all the sweets were loose in the bottom of the box and therefore, open to contamination.
When I sent an email after Christmas, I was asked to send images (for proof) which I did. However, after not hearing anything from then, I emailed again which I was then told it had been escalated further to the team but I never heard anything from them.
I then emailed back and their reply was that it was not their fault, but the damage was due to transit (which they apparently do not take fault for but this is not clearly stated when purchasing; both in their 'terms of service' and 'delivery information' pages on their website).
I understand this, however, why not place the sweets in a large plastic liner before they go in the bucket? I had to throw out the whole contents of the two buckets as I wasn't sure if the sweets had been cross contaminated.
I am upset with the way they have delt with my issue as there was not even any offer / goodwill gesture of replacing one of the two buckets, or even a discount code - baring in mind that I had spent £165! I will not be using this company again or recommending them.

Poor delivery
Advertise as next working day delivery DPD, still waiting 3 working days later and they haven’t sent the parcel via DPD as advertised... Zero customer service would not recommend and will not be using again, why advertise one delivery service when you use another which is renowned for poor delivery service…

Go to different company!! They won’t tell you if any sweets are out of stock but will send you substitutions that you don’t like or might have allergies too. Contacted company and just got sarcastic reply.

I made a purchase a few months ago and…
I made a purchase a few months ago and loved the selection provided.
We decided to order another lot of great sweets including some freeze dried skittles, unfortunately our order had a few mistakes - upon contacting the provider I was met with such a quick and amazing response. Not only did they replace the sweets but they also sent a bag of brand new ones too! The communication was great and made me appreciate the brand so much more for being so helpful in rectifying the mistake. They went above and beyond to ensure we remained satisfied customers!
Additionally the box and packaging was beautiful - inside the box was a card with the BSL sign language alphabet. This was such a great touch as my family work alongside the the deaf community and teach sign language :).
The only place that will cure my sweet cravings is sweet mouthful! ❤️
