A fine example of a company who over delivers on customer service - and I have not even purchased anything from them yet! As a result of their excellent service I will now never go anywhere else. I foolishly returned some trunks to Swimsport that my son had purchased for a different website. Matt contacted me to explain this and then went out of his way to figure how we could get them to the correct retailer, he has done so and I am not out of pocket. As a small business ourselves I understand how clients like me can consume too much time for very little gain. This is an example of how it pays off in the end - I will now be a loyal customer of Swimsport!

Nothing but great things to say about Swimsport. They went above and beyond to help me out after being let down by 2 other swim shops. I love to support smaller family run businesses and the fact that competitive swimming is still running through their family means they understand the wants and needs of their customers. I will always come here first when looking for our swim supplies for our 2 young swimmers. 🏊🏻♂️
