thanks for contacting us. This is indeed not good at all. We shipped your order on Nov 2 and handed it over to GLS couriers to ship to Madrid Spain. Usually shipping should take about 3 days.
Why the tracking information now says it is in Belgium? We really dont know. And we are as surprised as you are. This is very strange.
Its now Saturday evening and the courier GLS cannot be reached.
We will take action on Monday morning and let you know what has happened.
Rest assured we will do all we can to get your order delivered to you. Even if this means that we ship it again.

It was not a good deal
1-Delivery was too late.
2-DPD have put my parcel outside without ringing my bell, although I was waiting at home after they had informed me by email. Someone could take it away easily.
3- I had to run 6 times control solution until it showed in the range. The last 5 times were out of the range. How can I rely on this device? And why should I spend so many strips on just control solution analysis?
4- First test came with an error
So I already have used one-third of my strips for only one measurement!!!! So ridiculous.

I bought the Ketosene® Go-Keto MCT Oil (60/40) and the instant cappuccino. Both seem very good products, the only thing I would like to say is that the nozzle of the oil bottle is too big and it is difficult to fill a spoon because the oil falls everywhere. The problem is that too much product is wasted. Please consider changing the opening of the bottle so that it is easier to take the oil and no product is wasted. Thank you very much.
