Katie solved a problem with our…

Katie solved a problem with our service, which was a misconfigured app .
One of the main things I like about this company is that you speak to real people without infuriating call bots.
Calls are answered quickly and service and help is great

Katie and Laura were AMAZING!

Katie and Laura were AMAZING!! We were having such a problem with our phone systems, and with their care and patience, guided us through so everything was working just as we wanted! Highly recommend these awesome peeps!

The customer service is excellent

The customer service is excellent. We deal with Laura who is always very responsive, understands the (few) queries that we have, and is at pains to answer them fully. We are in the customer service business and the customer service we get from Liquid 11 is as good as I would expect to give our customers, and I can give no higher praise.
