Today, is one of the only times i have had a good experience when contacting them.
Oliver was extremely helpful and sorting my issue promptly.

Rookie Error
I'm a new subscriber and made a mistake in the setting up of the calls etc. Got hold of Oliver in support and he fixed it in no time. Didn't even rag me for my schoolboy error.

Amazing phone systems, apps and customer service
We have not only saved well over £1000 a year moving our phone lines from BT to Switchboard Free, we have ended up with a far superior system for managing all our calls into and out of each of our numbers. From first contact they were so helpful and friendly and actually made the whole process easy and I highly recommend them.

Spoke to Laura today on support and she is a true gem
Spoke to Laura today on support and what stood out for me was her intent natural nature to want to do the best in the framework of what I was trying to achieve if that makes sense.. It wasn't a case of how quickly can we get this done and onto the next, instead it was how about we try this or how about we call it that.. She was also very patient and listened to all the ins and outs of my enquiries..
It could have gone the other way, how about have you read the pdf guide, faq or used the online spasimodo ai bot yet? know what I mean..
SBF have got it right, good old fashioned service where everything is known 1st time when asked
I actively asked if I could write a glowing email to perhaps her boss which she said she would prefer a trustpilot review..
so here we are..
Been using these guys for my phoneline for over a year, I personally recommend them based on my actual real life dealings with them..
Not being funny or anything but let's have it right, UK customer support is key, if I had to deal with people with accents from a 3rd world country 5000 miles away there is definitely that barrier there sometimes so it is refreshing to talk to UK support
As my business grows and needs increase there is a bolt on to cover that..

Having been a customer of switchboard free for many years (9+) if not more.
when we relocated our businesses the Customer services team have always gone the extra mile to provide us with a local area phone line regardless
Take today Abbey who we dealt with us was absolutely amazing. With already having one number which ended in 51 we enquired if we could get 52 also and in a mater of minutes Abbey informed us it was all changed over "Totally Amazing service" as always. we'll happily and Highly recommend to everyone to use switchboard free

I was looking for an alternative....
I was looking for an Aircall alternative that functioned in the same way, wasn’t overly expensive, and allowed a single-user option rather than requiring payment for multiple licences I didn’t need.
With Switchboard, I have a cost-effective app-based phone for both my PC and mobile, which operates seamlessly like any telephone call centre. Plus, I benefit from tech support.
They assisted me with the installation, and it works perfectly – all for under £20 a month, fully inclusive.
Abbey at Switchboard Customer Care helped me set it all up and answered the phone in seconds, calling me back as promised.
