He did an excellent job when above and beyond to help me

I genuinely don't understand how Swyft Legal has such a high rating. This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a legal service.

I hired them to file two trademark applications. During the first application, the attorney representing me suddenly withdrew from my case without any explanation. I only found out because the USPTO notified me. I was left scrambling to verify my identity through a notary, update my representation, and figure out how to keep my application alive on my own.

Several months later, I received another email from the USPTO regarding my second trademark application. That's when I discovered that the attorney had also withdrawn from that application. This time, I never received any notification from either Swift Legal or the USPTO that I was no longer represented. By the time I found out, I had to hire an entirely different attorney to try to salvage the situation.

To make matters worse, my new attorney informed me that the original trademark application had been filed under the wrong class altogether. As a result, I'll likely have to file an entirely new trademark application from scratch.

Throughout all of this, Swift Legal continued charging recurring fees that I never felt were clearly justified. Whenever I called for help, I was met with scripted responses and was repeatedly told that I could simply hire them to fix the very problems that had arisen under their representation.

I understand that mistakes can happen. What I can't understand is the complete lack of communication, accountability, and client care throughout this process. I trusted Swift Legal to protect my trademarks, and instead I ended up spending additional time, money, and stress cleaning up a situation that should never have happened.

Apple helped me realize that the previous registered agent never followed through... Ugh. I canceled, and she offered me the option of working with Swyft. I appreciated her help and support. I am hoping that Swyft does a lot better job than my previous service! So far, so good, but time will tell!

They made the formation of a LLC efficiently and smoothly with excellent feedback and constant updates. Highly recommend

The representative was very patient and helped me find what I was looking for and was able to help me resolve the matter I had called for. She was also proactive with assisting with updating my information which was also very helpful.

Shanne was extremely pleasant and helpful. She assisted me promptly and got everything done that I requested that another representative could not.

I should have checked Reddit but I relied on Trust Pilot. Endless tales of what I experinced which is signing up for the BASIC package, ordering ZERO "extras" and the first business day after I order, ZING first extra I didn't order. The chat agent said "you may have ordered it". Yeah, "may" isn't a thing. Run. I spent hours trying to cancel (within 1 business day of my order/legal) and all I'm getting via email is my account has been "put on hold per your request". Yeah I'm not holding, I'm cancelling. Wish me luck. AVOID SWYFT FILINGS

The customer service was phenomenal. I am very satisfied. The process was easy and any questions were answered immediately.

Website was definitely not working properly, but once I got somebody on the phone were more than helpful

This company does not reply to emails. I simply asked to speak to a US rep as opposed to someone from the Philippines as I have the previous 12 times because my time is valuable and not having them speak English as a first language is frustrating. Is Swyft even based in the US?????
