Truly dreadful
Truly dreadful. Working in conjunction with trademark engine, they conspire together to get you to put in a trademark application then continue to unlawfully bill you thereafter. So many payments have came out of my bank unauthorised, despite getting a refund for a botched trademark application whereby they didn't bother checking if there were any clashes (there was) meaning the application was dudd and pointless and would get kicked out. No consultation call as promised. The whole thing is a SHAM/SCAM

I have been using Swyft Filings for many years for couple businesses I have and very happy with their best customer services. Every time I call Swyft Filings, the agent has always been polite and helpful. The agent even told me about free services during trial period that I didn't know and told me when I need to cancel the free trial to avoid charges if I don't wish to renew. She also told me about free legal documents and where I can get them in the portal. Very happy with the services.
