Poor finding information to select and pick a course

No one calls back, very disappointing

Prompt response giving me the information I needed.

You don't need to collect my name, my email, and my phone number just so I can get the price of a course, or a course guide. Your practice is similar to "finder" type websites that just want your details to call you and then smash you with emails. I just wanted the price, not am ongoing relationship. You could simply say "if you would like a call or email from us or 《training provider》please put your contact details here. If you want a copy ofnthe course guide, we can email that to you".

I’ve just found out that I should have been offered the course to me funded by the govt I was not offered any thing like this and now feel I am stuck it’s a bill of nearly $4000 I don’t work I’ve never completed a cert three qualification and I don’t know who to talk to

Already did this was told I would get a call and someone would help me find the right course through TAFE NSW and I’m still waiting so very disappointed

Had a discussion with the rep, found out I hadn't really thought my way through what I really wanted. Her help was most informative and has given me food for thought. I'm presently reviewing the information provided and will get make a decision on my intention, thank you for provivding this service.

all my questions were answered all of my thoughts were answered without me saying the thing lady was super nice and knows how to do her job

I was disappointed with my experience. The lady I spoke to didn’t explain further after I asked about funding. She just kept repeating the same statement. You also do not have anything in place for hearing impaired or deaf people to study online if the course isn’t on campus.

Amy was extremely helpful in assisting me with a course that I was interested in. Amy answered all my questions and also guided/helped me with applying for the course.

I have only had repeated emails to fill out this response. I was contacted by Swinburne but the time they called was not convenient. They were to call me back at 4.30 pm but never did.

Looking for a business course in TAFE not a private entity….as soon as I put my details into a TAFE “recommended” course …. I am contacted immediately by phone …. This is harassment!!!

They didn’t like the fact that I wanted to see the details of the course before I signed up …. They wanted an immediate sign up, without me knowing the full details. Very disappointing, there is no chance I will sign up now and TAFE should not recommend private businesses

the course was easy to find and I had no issues with the information provided on the website
